I usually don’t post negative stuff cause I’m not that negative of a person but we just ate Autentika Mexican food in Panama City Beach and we’ve been there several times and it’s always been good. Great staff great environment, but this time was definitely not that great! You get one basket of chips and salsa. OK that was good, but then we ordered queso and then it came with no chips so we used our original chips and then those ran out and they would not bring us anymore without a charge. Ordered our meal and needed more salsa, but they wanted to charge us for salsa, this should be part of the meal. Didn’t make any sense. They said they had to do all this because a lot of tourist take advantage of their chips and salsa, etc., but we’re local but they didn’t ask. They didn’t treat us like locals. I would not recommend this place anymore. I would definitely go to San Marcos Mexican food in Pier Park!

Best margaritas in PCB 🍹They had the best street tacos 🌮 in PCB for Cinco De Mayo! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Looking forward to more monthly events like Name That Tune 🎶 My favorite local place for margaritas hands down!

I Had the worst experience at this restaurant, very poor customer service, and raciest vibes. On top of that my order wasn't correct and they didn't care to correct it. Only called me a liar. I wouldn't let my dog eat here!!!

Had hair in my food and was missing food refused to fix it. I will never go here again Complete waste of money they over charge you and don’t even double check their orders before sending it out. I was missing 2 tacos I called to let them know I was charged 28$ and only received 5 tacos when I called to have them rectify the situation he implied that he had to check the cameras to see. who is steal 2 tacos when they just spent 30$ on 6 tacos then told me he’d give me a call back to determine where these tacos had gone as if it was my problem that my order was incorrect it was there fault and did nothing to rectify it or apologize for their mistake to tell me that I’m wrong and that he will send me a video of him giving me packaged food they can keep my money I hung up he called back 3 times after I told him he could keep the money I’ll just write a review and you will never get my business again they not worth the aggravation I wouldn’t go here if want some well portioned food is the smallest portioning of tacos that I’ve ever seen in my life smaller then my hand and I’m barely 5 foot tall this is just a tourist trap praying on rich white people who don’t know what authentic Mexican taste like
