Barefoot Hide-A-Way

They just stole from me today. I came in for lunch today and paid at 12:51 PM and I left a $15.04 tip making my total $140. I just checked my credit card and whoever got this tip changed it to $19.09. So they changed my five to a nine and they changed my four to a nine. I’ve tried calling your place of business for a refund, but nobody picks up the phone. I will keep trying to reach out.

The we had a $340 ticket and we couldn’t even get a refill. The service was horrible, we waited 30 minutes just for water and could only get one mixed drink … no silverware. Just horrible. This place has a great location and so much potential and could make tons of money if they had staff that wanted to work! Everyone in that place acted like they couldn’t comprehend anything …. Like where is our server , can we get silverware…. Horrible experience

We had great food! I had the shrimp tacos and they were wonderful! The staff was kind and attentive and service was perfect! Great picture opportunities of the beach and ocean from the outside deck.

Came here three years ago, left after 45 mins because we never received any drinks or had been helped yet. Tried it again last night. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait, even after being seated. We were okay with that. The waitress came and took our orders, food first and said she would come back to get our drink orders. We sat for 45 minutes in 90 degree weather without anyone checking on us or even bringing us water. We left. Terrible service.

Loved Barefoot Hide A Way Grill. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Sidewinder Fries. Both were really good.

The service was amazing, no wait, and we were able to sit outside. The food was mediocre. My daughter liked her burger, and it was large. The shrimp tacos were moderate.

Worst place I have ever been to. Sat us down outside and no one came to check on us for 30-45 mins so we went and found someone. Said the guy never told them we were sat down. Didn’t get our drinks until an hour after we sat, they brought out the wrong food, and the grouper is definitely not worth the money, BLAND. Even people around us was talking about the wait times and the place was no where near packed.

Extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took well over an hour to get our food. Our server, Coleen, was one of the least attentive and least personable servers I’ve ever had — slow to greet us, slow with drinks, and never once checked on our table. The onion rings came out raw and undercooked, and when we brought it up, the manager never came over. They knocked $3 off the bill, which felt like a slap in the face for the poor service and food. Definitely won’t be back.

Just FYI to people, If you pay with your credit cards check them after, are tip was bumped up $2.12 yeahs it’s only $2 but if someone is hit a couple hundred people a week that some big money pocketed.

Our Waitress was Dee and she was wonderful. Great environment and great food! Ask for Dee!

Amazing! I called in ahead of time to get seats for a party of about 20 people and they gladly help us out and appreciated that I had called ahead. The staff were great and the food was amazing. Although it was cloudy the day we had went, the view was breathtaking. Overall Definitely worth It!

Shrimp skewers extremely overcooked. Tastes like they were made earlier in the day and sat around waiting to be ordered. Eggroll appetizer was very good as well as the drinks and service. Atmosphere amazing.
