Where to begin....Well, to start-- don't eat here.When we first arrived, the place was so empty (on Thursday) that we thought it was closed. I wish it would have been.We got sat in the dining room at 652. There were maybe 12 other people in the whole restaurant. I asked one of the employees to put the NFL draft on... he said, "The bartender handles that," and walked away. Weird, I'd expect the employee to tell her that, but no big deal.The server took our drinks and eventually our order. 50 minutes later, we got our food (some of us). The food that came out was lukewarm (at best). The chicken tender was undercooked. One of our group canceled their order for a Caesar salad because it never came after over an hour.One of my friends ordered a wrap to go. After about 20 minutes, he asked for a status on the to go order and was told it would be another 15 minutes. The same friend had to get his own beer because it was sitting at the busing stationIt takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but they were impressively bad. I can see why the place was dead in the middle of the season at dinner time.Oh, and it's expensive for what you're getting. Hoagie was $18. Chicken nachos were $20. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

If you want rude service? This is the place. My server I’m guessing was Jamaican or something and no customer service skills whatsoever. I tipped $2 but felt that was too much. She handled me the bill and walked off….”No Thank You, Come Back and see us” or nothing. I almost wanted to take my $2 backI will say, the lady behind the bar was very nice and accommodating. But! My server? She needs retraining

This afternoon, I and my wife went to this place to get lunch. At 2:30, there were more employees standing around than guests. We ordered a Caesar salad and a Cajun Burger French Dip. 45 minutes later, after asking our waitress twice where is our food, we got up to leave. Of course the waitress said, “it’s coming out any minute.” I asked that it be packaged to go. When we got back to our hotel room next door, we found that the salad and shrimp were ok, but the burger was flavorless. No Cajun seasoning. And instead of the side salad, I had limp cold French fries. And the bathrooms smell horrible. There are so many other places here for food, don’t go here. The 10% discount for staying at the Radisson isn’t worth it!

Our host sat us quickly and we sat for about 10 minutes no one greeted us we seenthree servers look at us tonight wow!!must of thought that we weren't going to tip because we have small children yet my husband and I are currently in customer service so not only will this be posted it will be on my daughters travel blog traveled 7 hours for this

Came just me and my husband Waited for 1 HOUR and a half just to get our food then another 40 minutes just to get our check. The food was horrible and so was the service. Definitely NEVER coming back!! Waste of money.

Everything was excellent, I sat outside so I could smoke while I had my drink waiting for my dinner. I asked the server for an ashtray he said they didn't have any, I said they told me it was okay to smoke out here and he said yeah it is. I said what am I supposed to do with my cigarette back? I'm not going to throw it on the ground for one thing. I don't want it going in the ocean. He said it's okay just throw it down!!! There was no way in the world I would do that. I made him bring me a glass with water in it. There were napkins and straw papers. All kinds of trash just being blown all over the place. This place is on the beach!! That is not right!!!
The view was awesome!! Enjoy visiting with the Manager and our waitress Tamika was very tentative and the food was great! Highly recommend right on the beach !!

My husband and I were there Saturday night and our server, Kevan was awesome. He took the time to speak to us and made our overall experience the best! We had the crab cakes and our platters were so big, neither one of us could finish our plates! Beautiful atmosphere as well.

Inside was packed so we ate out by the bar. Bar tender was awesome made some of the best drinks I have ever had. Gator bites and nachos was outstanding. Definitely a 10 outta 10. Will definitely be back our next time in pcb!
