Loud... but decent food.

It's a neighborhood pub or sports bar look not formal. We enjoyed our selves.

Service was good, food was good except pickle chips, when I mentioned they where soggy server said well I can have them done more… which would have made them worst and then commented .. well no one ever said that, almost like annoyed I said something, Hostes was to busy playing crush crush on phone to even help clean tables which where dirty at times, but overall great place,

we ate at four different seafood, restaurants, and by far by you on the beach was the best taste best value.… our waitress was wonderful. we’ve eaten there before so we make sure that we go every time

Had several recommendations for this place and for good reason, the food is good and the service is excellent. Something for everyone on the menu. Food was well seasoned and prepared. Standard beer list. The only negative is how LOUD it was inside, like startling loud. I'm sure this isn't as big of a problem in the warmer months when the doors are open and even sitting outside.

Royal Red Shrimp here is the very best I've ever eaten. My wife and friends got fish and fried shrimp. They stated how good they were as well!

Everything was exceptional! Our waiter was the most professional and helpful waiter we have had in years. Thanks Rick. He gave great recommendations, helped us navigate the menu to get the best of everything to try and packed us up so neat and nice.

They literally brought the bayou to the beach 🏝️ this place is absolutely amazing!! It deserves the hype and all the glory, the food is so delicious & the service is great! We got the seafood platter blackened and fried both were outstanding, also got the taste of the bayou which is a trio of different Cajun entrees soooo delicious! Also got steak & sweet potato fries another big win! They can’t mess up flavor & all it will blow your mind!

Bayou on the Beach was absolutely fantastic! Everything was great from start to finish — the food came out hot and fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made it feel like a real coastal getaway. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend if you’re in the area — we’ll definitely be back!

The food and drinks were delicious!!!! I ordered the chargarilled oysters, key lime martini and cat fish basket. Everything came out hot and fresh and tasted heavenly!! I also got the key lime pie which was devine as well. I'd give them a 20 on a scale of 1-10!!!!
