Do not waste your money here. The place smelled like mold. The food tastes like jerkey and they don't care about their customers. This was the worst meal I've had and very overpriced. Read the reviews. jerky is a common word.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced for mediocre Italian food. The bartender gave attitude when I was told they were out of a certain beer to only have her then suggest the beer I originally asked for. Not a single server spoke fluent English, which is fine if you follow it up with kindness and good service. Not the case at all! Then our bill was completely messed up. The night continued to go down hill from the second we were seated. I would never recommend to this restaurant to anyone. Take your money elsewhere

The food was mid, the server was not the nicest. Had to wait a long time for food and they forgot the drinks. Not recommended. Food is also just okay, nothing exceptional for the price.

Jesus Christ, bro… A funky tasting ball of rice is not a risotto cake!!! The whole place is set up like some kind of elaborate trap; the overall atmospheric takeaway is that of fancy restaurant, however the food (I had salmon with a “risotto cake”) is mediocre at best, in no way deserving of a 4.3 rating! Absurd! Service is good; all waiters are very kind and attentive and wait time is virtually nonexistent. Still, I felt scammed in the end because of the unholy pricing!! I payed $37 (maybe $27) for what tasted like airport food. Would NOT recommend!

Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids here, but the overall vibe is not of a family restaurant; it was very quiet and peaceful. However, as mentioned before I wouldn’t recommend coming here!

Amazing lobster ravioli! Big chunks of lobster, delicious brown cream sauce, just a tiny bit spicy. Delicious cup of decaf cappuccino and nice bread and oil dipping sauce.

Take your money elsewhere if you want good pasta.

We ordered take out since we drove from Miami en route to our hotel.

We got the penne bolognese and eggplant parmigiana, we based these from the recent reviews.

Both pasta dish are bland, marinara sauce taste like it's from a can. Bread is so dry. The eggplant was so soggy and oily.

The only good thing is the dessert that we got, a 3 layer chocolate cake. But then again, it's like a cake from Publix.

Don't waste you $70 (we spent $70 for 2 pasta dish and a dessert). We were really hoping it was good but we were disappointed.

The guy who took our order was nice. That's it.

Hope that whoever goes there will have a different experience with the food.

You don’t think of Italian when you go to the beach, but you should. When you walk through the doors of Bella Roma you instantly feel a sense of romanticism. You are greeted by loaves of freshly baked bread, rich gelato choices, and a warm sincere smile. This place is a food connoisseur’s paradise. There are choices to satisfy all different palates; lasagna, grouper, veal, pizza, a meatball sub, risotto. Anyone can find something to eat off of their menu and the best part is, that it is all phenomenal. It is prepared beautifully, the flavors complement wonderfully and their menu gives you the option to explore new things without completely leaving your comfort zone. The owner is friendly, and patient. his thick accent also makes one believe they have stepped out of the sand and into the heart of Rome. I asked him to pick for me and he knew exactly what he was going to make so if you are undecided trust him to decide for you. The veal. *chefs kiss* the veal is cooked perfectly and I’m particular about veal. Theirs isn’t chewy and it absorbs the sauce it is cooked in making it enjoyable to eat. The lasagna is balanced well with just the right amount of sauce, cheese and meats. The tiramisu is soft and melts in your mouth. I love this place and I truly hope you will give it a try bc 40 years from now I want to walk through the doors and still be greeted by fresh baked loaves of bread and that same warm smile.

I recently visited Bella Roma and sat at the bar. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal after a long work week. The prices were fair, and the location is very convenient.

However, the customer service was a bit rough—it took a while between visits from the bartender, though it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. I can’t fault the bartender, who did a great job under the circumstances. The Cesar salad, unfortunately, was disappointing; the chicken tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out too long.

Overall, Bella Roma has potential, but there’s room for improvement.
