What a disappointing place. We started by being well received with decent service, fairly good food, ordered a bottle of wine for over $120, etc. and realized that the waitress had defrauded our credit card. We hadn't used this card the entire trip and now the first transaction was an ubereats, then that of this restaurant and a third again an ubereats. Honestly you are crooks I called to complain but you acted like you were going to take care of our problem but no. You are only good for dealing with people who only say good things. In life, a good entrepreneur who cares about his customers takes care of everything, good and bad. It says a lot about your ability as an entrepreneur.

I love Italian food. She had the seafood pasta dish, and I had veal Parmesan. Mine was very good. Her seafood was overdone. It was her birthday, and I mentioned it in the online reservation. However, there was no special mention of the event. I was disappointed. I looked in the list below to recommend my dish, and it wasn't there. SORRY

We have been dining at Bella since they opened. We always enjoyed it and have always recommended Bella to others. Last night was disappointing and not a place I can continue to recommend. The service is great…we always ask for Amber if she is working. But our main meal was disappointing. We ordered the eggplant parm. We could find hardly any eggplant under the cheese and sauce (which was very tasty) and we had to look for the angel hair pasta under the cheese, sauce and supposed eggplant. The entire presentation on a very large rectangle plate was underwhelming. The portion we got was definitely not worth the money we paid. The portion of our dinner salad was nice, but $11 for a dinner salad is a little pricey. I know restaurants are going through the wringer and everything costs more. We were not upset with the price of our meal, we were more unsatisfied with the portion. We left and stopped at another place on the way home to get more food to fill us up. Will we go again? I am sure will will….after a bit. But if we are as unimpressed as last night, we will probably not be back.

It was so nice to have a special dinner here off the busy hotel/beach strip during our spring break vacation. The food was amazing. We loved our servers recommendations and we ate everything plus dessert! If we ever come back to PCB, we’ll definitely return to Bella Roma.

My boyfriend and I came last minute to enjoy our 3 year anniversary. We def recommend this restaurant. Great service, atmosphere, food, cocktails, and desert! Our server was a gentleman who was very personable and an amazing human!
Chicken Marsala was very salty and did not taste like any Marsala was in the dish at all. The waiter was kind but the food is awful. First time there & last time there.
It was wonderful my waitress was very very attentive and kind and the food was wonderful just like the picture. But just be aware the chocolate cake is flour free so it basically is a piece of fudged other than that everything is wonderful. 225 for 6 people. Also we came right when it opened and they sat us down right away without a reservation but they get busy quick so get there when you can!

Nice place. Food was ok. After a full meal im still hungry. That should not typically happen at an italian restaurant. But the service is what really stuck out. He got on his phone literally while he was telling me the specials. Took about 30 mins to take my order concentrating more on the folks sitting next to me. I dont mind chit chat...especially if its part of your job. But make sure your clients are set before you start describing you hopes and desires while people are waiting to order. The service shot the rating on the place way down. For about the 70 bucks i spent on dinner without tip...ill probably go home and make myself a pizza. Will be 10x better than 2 to 3 dollar upcharge for a extra side of dressing...which was literally pink and clumpy. And here i thought i was having a real italian dinner
