In the entire 2 hours we dined, we were checked in by service staff ONE time. When our food did come out, we were missing two meals and had to remind our waiter what was missing. When missing food did come out, it was incorrect. Restaurant was EMPTY (should have been a sign) so there was absolutely no reason that our service should have taken this long. Will be speaking to manager upon departure. If you have low standards, like to be left alone, and don’t care if your food is wrong- FOR sure come here. Horrible experience and will not be returning.

The atmosphere was nice, the interior design was nice as well. The food is nothing special, just a mediocre bar food. The service was horrible, ordered a drink and never got one, even after reminding waitress twice. Had to walk up to the bar to get the check.

Booked a reservation for dinner based upon the OpenTable menu. Didn't say it was inside a hotel. The menu presented had dinner entree items. When we arrived, we got a lunch menu. Waitress could've cared less. Said would ask ‘manager' who never showed. Asked again when bill was presented. Assistant appeared. Whoopsie. That menu was changed a week or so ago. You saw the wrong menu. No. You posted the wrong menu. So offered a discount. So we got the lame appetizer charcuterie board that came after my dates wine was consumed for free. Happy Valentines Day to us. Still looking for my legitimate Valentines Day dinner entree.

Made reservations for Thanksgiving lunch at 1pm. Absolutely nowhere did it say that Thanksgiving lunch doesn’t start until 3p! I had a hamburger and listened to a kid let out 6 blood-curdling screams while I ate! The burger was microwaved using fake smoke flavoring. On top of that, several apps that led us in circles to empty parking lots. Finally we found that this restaurant is inside a hotel! Never, ever again!!

Could not find this place. The address mapped to a large parking lot on multiple apps. We found out later that this restaurant is within a hotel (would be helpful to know). Otherwise no opinion of the food or service. I tried to reach out to Open Table but there are very few ways to contact someone. Thanks

This place is amazing! Will was great and he got us all settled. Luis the pool guy made sure the pool was sparkling thru our whole stay! The breakfast was amazing as well. Seriously, I have nothing but good things to say! I can't wait to return!

We had a good experience for the most part. Service was a little slow abs lacking knowledge regarding the menu. We had requested an appetizer with feta on the side because my husband does not like that cheese. It came smothered in feta even after my husband told the server he didn't like it. The server said well there isn't any inside of the meatballs. So it is on the side. If it touched your food it isn't on the side and I do not exaggerate when I tell you it was covered. He did offer to have it remade but my his was so annoyed based on the conversation prior to placing the order. Main course was ok. My husband enjoyed his curry. My pork chop was a little tough but edible. It was over garnished with micro-greens that covered the sauce, sweet potato purée and Brussel sprouts. A little pricey and a beautiful atmosphere. Not sure if we would come back. Will have to weigh it out verses other options in the area.

Comfortable accommodation with ample room in our room, clean facilities, great location for food, drinks, entertainment and the beach. We stay Hiltons frequently for work and pleasure. Not our favorite thus far, but maybe that’s bc Panama City was not that impressive in general. The beach is dirty, I think the city should look into taking the beach daily.

Nice new hotel, we stayed 4 nights. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable with nice view of beach from balcony. We give only 3 stars because of an accumulation of annoyances including long walks to room (x01-x09); no option to self-park; out of order door entry; security risk due to "open" emergency door exit; same food at reception and breakfast each day, although ran out of some options later in our stay (including white wine). If you think you are getting best deal booking months ahead of stay, recommend checking back occasionally as our price went down 3 times B4 check-in.
