Very poor service. Food took forever. Drinks weren’t drinkable. Please fire all the staff and hire new, including management. We need a decent BK on the beach. Loud rap music playing on the sound system.
This place is horrible will not be back not a car in the parking lot left at the speaker box for 10 minutes it took 25 minutes to get my food crazy I read other reviews while waiting everyone is saying the same thing they need to just close it down or get all new staff or something this is ridiculous

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. I stood at the counter as the only inside customer while I watched four cars get served at the drive-thru. Multiple employees walked right past me without acknowledging my presence. It wasn’t until nearly 10 minutes later—when the fifth car reached the drive-thru window—that someone finally told me they’d be with me “in a moment.” That moment never came, because I walked out and took my money elsewhere. If dine-in customers are going to be ignored like this, they should at least install self-service kiosks like McDonald’s. If you visit this location, stick to the drive-thru and don’t even bother going inside.

Went in for breakfast they had to no croissants and only 4 biscuits left we had a party of five and so one of us got French toast stick they gave us our food not terrible just disappointed in the overall place they had no syrup the drink machine was broken minus the water which I tried to get and there were little black specks of something floating around did not drink it and it took for ever to get them to fill our drinks up in the back

ZERO! We were rudely spoken to, they messed up both our drinks and drink sizes at first which they acted like we were demons when we asked them to fix it, and the food was cold. Smelt like straight za when they opened the window to hand us our food, which might explain why it took 10 mins to get 3 cold sandwiches. Absolutely not worth paying 10-15 dollars per meal per person. This place is only open because tourists wanting a quick meal have never been before. As a local, this was my first and last visit.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to order after waiting in line for 30 minutes as soon as it was our turn to order they told us wait to order then when it was time to order they said the system is down.

I went through your drive through and the lack of customer service amazes me. The order taker was extremely rude.
When i received my order i specifically asked for no salt. You can see the salt on my fries. When we beeped the horn to get his attention he came to the window and said WHAT. And continued to tell me i was wrong. He just dropped them and he didnt put salt.
I hope this is not how you train your employees. I will be reaching out to your corporate office for this unacceptable experience.
