Waisted my whole lunch break waiting on my order to be taken, for the 3rd day in a row..service sux..not fast food at all..avoid this burger king

Very slow to take orders, no coke products available, no ice in the soda machine.

I waited almost 20 minutes to order food. If anything else was open I would have left. They got the order right but it wasn't great, even for BK.

I've stopped here on 2 different occasions, and both times it took so long for someone to take my order in the drive thru that I ended up going to the Taco Bell next door (which isn't much better). The last time, today, I told them my order, followed by minutes of silence, then a different person comes on the intercom and asks for my order again. A terribly run restaurant, as are most fast food establishments these days.

This is a very awfully bad experience here at Burger King when I walk in I order my food and the cashier was not paying attention he was only on his phone talking and he on top of that he marked my order wrong and it was a long wait for them to give me the food and they weren't not even wear gloves that was disgusting probably not going to eat here again omg for goodness Sakenly!

Food tasted good! However the service is terrible and place is filthy! Took forever to get our order. When we were finally brought a bag we have not even received our drinks after 5 minutes in the second window. The food given to us was wrong order it was next cars order. No repeating order back on speaker or at window could have solved issue. Drive through window is smudged up gross and can see dirty employee cups in window also still has last year's holiday schedule up on window! Wish they did better here always been a bad experience ever since a kid coming to this location.

You walk in, no one speaks. No one smiles.
They just stare and look away. Rush you. Quick to catch a slight attitude in their tone but don't want it reciprocated. Other than the customer service, the restaurant amd bathroom was clean, and they were well put together. J

I got there at 6 when it was supposed to open the lady in the drive through said one minute. I sat there for 30. Pulled around and she said it didn’t open until 7. Clearly they all open at 6. But why would she tell me to wait abs she would be right there?

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I don’t expect much from fast food but for $23 this is ridiculous. I ordered 1 eggnormous meal and got 2 3in long jumbles of mess with half an egg and half a sausage in each didn’t get a pic of that. I also ordered 1 bec croissant mean I got a pic of. After waiting for 10 mins to place an order the. 10 mins of watching these employees stand around they finally came took my money and pulled me forward for another 7in wait for the order can’t even call it food. I hope this location ends up like the rest of the Burger Kings in my area shut down. I will not be back and I hope this review warns the rest.

The service only gets worse and worse. Today was the The final tipping point. Management is Rude, employees are rude. Slowest service!!! Employees act like they just don’t want to be there might as well close the doors And close up for good. Wish I could give no star.
