I should’ve looked at the reviews before we decide to go. Will not go again never ever!! You think it’s big with a lot to choose from NO it’s only one row of choices to choose from and a corner of desserts. Plates cost too much $59 with crab legs option. That’s does not include drinks. Awful food selection food cold. The server had to take a cut on her tip cause the food was not good awful experience. We stayed in there maybe a total of 20 to 30 mins and spent $139.64.

Came here a few years back and it was good then. We came back today and it's still delicious. My wife absolutely Loves crab legs and I'm a shrimp fanatic. Service was outstanding, atmosphere was good other than the 2 kids bouncing off the booth seat behind me but that's not the establishment, it's the Parent. As far a a seafood buffet, your gonna pay for it anywhere ya go but the quality and quality here can't be beat. Go visit them and EAT, ENJOY, and then crawl back to your hotel, condo or home and relax with a FULL stomach, or go walk it off. I couldn't do it. SEE YA NEXT TIME GUYS. 🐟😋🇺🇸🫡

Food was good but selection was limited. If you want crab legs then this is the place to go but if you want a more broad selection better off not spending the money here.

If you're black don't go here. All of the food is overcooked and extremely bland. No seasoning, pathetic popcorn butter. Food is cold, alcoholic beverages are overpriced. Alcoholic drinks taste like cool aid. Crab legs boiled in plain water no seasoning. I would give zero stars if I could. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant again.

Over the years I’ve heard so much hype about Captain Jacks…… and it was a let down. Over priced and not worth it. The server was amazing. But the food options lacked any kind of real seasoning. The frozen ice cream had the pineapple dole which was the only redeeming aspect of the whole experience.

I saw a review from a week before from a lady named Elizabeth and I decided to ignore it. My bad. A few of the items were pretty good, but everything was cold. Even the crab legs were cold. A lot of the food is what I expected from a Seafood buffet, average taste in a decent selection, but most of the seafood was not warm at all. Very disappointed, but it was a good experience with a really good selection. Surprisingly the steak was actually really good. Our server was great, and when we pointed out that most of the food was cold, he did apologize, but didn’t offer that there was any remedy in sight.

Comfortable atmosphere. Decent food but not a great variety for the price of the buffet. The desserts were mostly terrible. However, the star was the Pineapple Dolce Frozen Treat!!! It was our most expensive meal of our trip $185!! Not worth the money unless all you eat is crab legs. The staff was phenomenal though. Very accommodating and patient. Just wish it had better quality desserts and other food items.

The service was good. While our server asked if we needed anything, they never asked how the food was. The atmosphere was generic and boring at best. The food was terrible. The seafood was cold and overcooked, none of the hot food was hot. I'm not sure what the 'brownies' and 'cheesecake' actually are but it wasn't real brownies or cheesecake. For the cost, $39.95 without crab legs and $59.95 with crab legs. A party of 4 (2 with crab legs and 2 without) was $221.78 not including tip. Also, wet naps for crab leg eaters are provided with the bill, not really an issue, just an annoyance.

We dine here for all you can eat cran legs. Not an extravagant establishment but they do crabs well. A little pricier than most restaurants in the area at $60 per adult.

$60 if you want crab legs. They were small, hard to get anything out of them, the Salisbury steak tasted it came from a tv dinner. Definitely not worth 60.
