rsvp'd for wine dinner put in the reservation notes that I'd have my child with me called 2 days before the reservation to confirm it was okay to have my child as told yes. We get there on time there's no where for us to sit and our original reservation was for 6. We came with 2 adults and a child. They tell us he can't be at wine dinner. I'm showing them where I called and was told he was fine but also where I put it on my reservation there would be kids. They start moving us around the restaurant and decide we need to sit all the way on the other side so my child wasn't a problem. I was also asked if we drove because you can't have 4 2oz glasses of wine and drive when you have a kid but it's cool to do when you don't. I explained that I didn't drive and they kept arguing about it so we left. Y'all need to get on the same page but also IF A CHILD IS A PROBLEM WHEN SOMEONE CALLS AJD ASKS SAY NO! I wasted $49 on an Uber and had to pack a 2 year old up TWICE because YALL couldn't get it together. I'm a regular at this location with my son and we will not be returning. We always Uber to this spot too. And I usually buy a bottle of wine with my child at the table with no issues. This is not that type of restaurant. Anyway we ate at Olive Garden and the food was better that the server was super sweet to my child.

The chicken parm doesn’t come with noodles…it’s 25 dollars. On their website it displays on the pictures that it has noodles idk who what’s to just buy chicken for 25 dollars but that’s insane. Then we called the restaurant and the lady was super rude and hung up on us because this restaurant has false advertisement. And to top it all off the chicken was BURNT.

Food sucked, the staff sucked & the manager sucked.
The waiter rarely come to us, when he did we’d ask for something & he’d forget about us. The bus boy would bring us our food & we’d ask if he could please get our waiter to come to us or if he could grab us napkins… he’d rudely snap back & say, “that’s not my job!” & storm back off to the kitchen. It wasn’t packed, only 7 customers max. Half the time he was just hanging out by the kitchen waiting to bring food to a table.
My husband spoke to the manager & she basically said, she couldn’t do anything about it because my husband waited to express his feelings after we checked out. We didn’t see her till we were basically heading out? We got refunds for 3 things we ordered though because No one would eat it. So thankfully she did do that.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, a side Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, and a house red.

The server was obviously depressed.
I blame the institution for not motivating their staff.

The mozzarella sticks were good and were first to me, despite my house red order. The wine left a sentiment feeling in my mouth, so I drank a lot of water, which I also had to ask for, no lemon, but there was a straw.

The pasta and meatballs initially contained no meatballs.
The pasta was undercooked.
I don't believe there was salt added to the pasta and was hard cooked.
As I was then given my meatballs, they contained no breadcrumbs, very meaty and garlicky.

The Caesar salad was good.

The atmosphere was nice, older, and calming.

I puked when I got home, I think it was the meatballs.
Maybe I am a vampire. ..

No problems here, moderately priced Italian food.
Great Sangria! Happy hour !
Could do without the up-charges for everything.
Food was good.
Bit skimpy on the steak and seafood tho.

Service is A+. Had the trio and the Alfredo sauce has no taste. The chicken parm was very thin and over fried. The lasagna was thin. The oil with the bread was the star of the meal. I have ate at many of these restaurants and this one needs to up there game on the food.

Service and atmosphere was great for a last minute dinner spot decision. The food tasted great, but was not very hot by the time it made it to the table which was understandable considering how busy they were.

Carrabas has a wine dinner special that charges per person between 65 and 80 dollars not including other drinks, taxes, and tips. I went to the November 13th special and was quite disappointed. The food was tasteless, overcooked, meat tough, and not served hot. The overcooked fruit in the desert stuck to the plate making only the icecream edible. If it wasn't for the wine drowning out your dissatisfaction the evening would have been a bust.
