Chili's Grill & Bar

Started out poorly. They were out of soda or then Dr Pepper. When you're charging nearly $5 for soda, run to Walmart and grab a few cases of Coke products.

We were seated in the bar area, which meant the bartender was our waitress. She didn't do poorly given that the bar was fairly busy, but it's also not the type of service I would expect at a sit down meal. The booths have seen better days, from duct taped patches over the rotted upholstery to lack of springs in the seat, it left me feeling like I was at a child's table.

The food was okay, but lacked anything mentionable. Not bland, but uninspired.

We had our choice between Chili's and Texas Road House... We chose wrong.

Our server Sharon was the best! Hands down. She was attentive, kind, and caring. She made sure our table was taken care of and never hesitated to bring us refills. She did all of this and also was the bar tender at the same time. She made this experience so much better. The food was great but the service and atmosphere was the highlight of my experience.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Our entire experience was below the deepest part of the ocean deplorable at this location.

I really can't say anything about there food or prices... I know there staff is very rude and unfriendly... I work with the public and enjoy what I do ... Never would I let a employee talk to a customer they way I was talked too .. Don't ruin someone else's day just because your having a bad one.....l would not recommend this place toy worst enemy!!!!!!!

I ordered a 12ct wings bone in and the wings were horrible! There was burnt spots all over and when I tried several, they were all dry and the inside was all bad too. Worst part was that I was paying $17 just for that and they weren’t even good!

Great food and service by Aimee the waitress she was Great & food runner Jeremiah.the host was nice too also manager stopped by to make sure all food was good and see if we needed anything else. Very pleasant experience sorry, I don't have pictures.I deleted all my food pictures yesterday.

This Chili’s is amazing, despite running it to a minor hiccup, everything was resolved to perfection. GM Stephanie handled my issue with care and took ownership. My waitress Kimberly carried the same vibe as her GM. I would definitely recommend this restaurant when visiting PCB!

It's my new favorite place to eat. We had given up on Chili's because it was not really clean, food was just average, service just average, prices nothing special. We decided to give it another chance after watching a TV commercial, great prices and good-looking food.
It's amazing now in Panama City Beach, very clean, great service, super prices especially the $10.99 meals. Best hamburger I've had anywhere!! We go every week.
