I ordered on the chilis app and was having my food delivered. The door dash driver stole my order and DoorDash wouldn’t help. I called the restaurant and the manager there was more than happy to help me. Even tho i told you a thousand times’ I’m telling you again. Thank you very much.

We wanted to have a meal with my family, we waited around 16 minutes to be attended by a waitress, I asked the hostess for someone to attend us (for some reason she is unable), I also asked another waitress to attend us but she refused because “it’s not my table” in the most rude attitude possible. We raised our hands multiple times but nobody was doing anything, even when some waitresses looked back to us, so finally we decided to went to another place. The service was terrible, we will think twice before going to that place again, and a that’s unfortunate, was one of our favorites places to spend a night

Our server Carly was amazing. The food however, was not. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but came out almost well done. Carly took it right back to get a new steak on the grill. That one came out well done. The manager came over and wanted to argue with me that they had a temperature probe on the second steak and it was medium rare. I then asked her to show me where the red center was on the stake, which was brown all the way through. Lesson learned, Texas roadhouse is right next-door so if I want a steak, I’ll go there next time.

The waitress and atmosphere was great, but the steak i ordered was tougher than a flip-flop (could not be chewed/eaten). Tbf, the steak at the Chili's where I live is the same way. Maybe it's just a Chili's thing idk.

Ordered last minute party platters. Food was as good as always. Order was completed quicker than expected! Xavier and Gracie were great to work with in placing the order! We will be back again!
