Absolutely horrible customer service when placing a to go order in person. The waitress charged me twice for the same item, and when I advised her the order was not correct, she then made a nasty remark, I then canceled my order. This is my first time experiencing such horrendous customer service from this restaurant staff and I have order from Chilli's on Panama City Beach on multiple occasions.I will not be returning.

Server got my order wrong then couldn't fix it and gave me a suggestion. After she asked me what kind of wings I wanted instead she then brought me boneless wings something completely different from what I asked for. And the buffalo sauce it was tossed in was terrible.

Thought of Chili’s?️ for a light lunch. We ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and Cajun shrimp Alfredo with extra toast. Our appetizer was salsa and chips. To our surprise the entree portions were extremely large and well prepared. Our drinks were blackberry tea and lemonade. The dining area was a nice temperature and the overall atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. The horses and server were very courteous and gave great attention to our table. We really appreciate Desire’ attention to our order and service during our meal. She made sure that we had take away drinks. The blackberry tea was superb!! Thanks for a great encounter at Chili’s ?️. L

The waiter from Ukraine was amazing. He was attentive and polite. The food was great too! There was no atmosphere though. Music would be nice or dimmers on the lights.

Me and my mom came in and we ordered to-go my mom ordered a ceaser salad and they told her they don't do ceasar salad with romaine lettuce and they gave her free fries. My mom saw the girl grab her a box of fries instead but she grab it with her bare hands, no gloves, not to mention my hamburger was not made well done, still pink when I cut into the sandwich. My mother got her refund back but manager did not say sorry for anything just asked what's wrong and no apologetic or sympathy from her. If you want salmonella, perfect place. Other than that I don't recommend.
