Cicis Pizza

I ordered a pizza for delivery. I ordered the half & half and paid extra for the toppings I wanted on the left side. When it arrived, only two slices had toppings on them. I called them and was met with an employee with an attitude, stating that she made it and there was nothing wrong with it. She said I have to call corporate without any apologies or any effort to fix the issue.

Edit: Cici’s hasn’t reached out beyond leaving this comment even though I have tried reaching out to them. Poor customer service.

It is a place with very unpleasant and rude staff. The worst is the cashier, she is arrogant. I don't know who she thinks she is. They look down on people. I would never recommend it. From my point of view, they have 0 stars, and the food is served almost raw.

Cici's has not been the same since it was on 23rd street. During my visit today the employees were too busy laughing and playing and loud talking with other employees that were visiting on their day off. The employees that were off was in the back in a bathing suite. The buffet was old and nasty, we had to request or wait for everything. The cashier was the only friendly employee. The short brown skin girl with braids was rude.

My family of 7 arrived and stood in line behind a family of 4. No one greeted us or acknowledged we were there. The family in front of us told us the same had happened to them. Not long after a family of 4 came in behind us as well. The girl up front who should have been checking people out was diligently stocking the salad bar. They were not busy and nothing on the salad bar was near empty. She proceeds to do this for 7 to 8 minutes. Multiple times people from my family and the family in front of us asked if she could ring us up or get someone who could. She just said "I'm stocking the salad bar." After 8 minutes of being ignored my family of 7 left and so did the family behind us. I then called to speak to the manager and he said that girls job was to stock the salad bar and ring people up. After I told him our experience his only response was "the salad bar is just as important as guests." I actually could not believe what he had just said. My advice: avoid this place as best you can.

My husband & I wanted to bring our daughter to a CiCis to rekindle our nostalgia of the place when we were kids. The pickle pizza was out of this world, I had no idea what I was missing in this life! The staff was really nice & the food was hot and fresh even though we came on a slow night. It was possibly the cleanest restaurant I've been to in a while. My family enjoyed our experience here. We'll we surely be back!
