I enjoyed there food there, as for service that was something else. I walked in to order with my sister, the whole time while ordering the lady was giving me attitude. I have never and I mean NEVER wanted to walk out of a store until that moment. The only reason I stayed was so my sister could get her Cinnamon rolls.

There was not one, but TWO short white hairs imbedded inside one of the cinnamon rolls 🥲🤢 and they didn’t have very much icing on them either. Also didn’t look fresh. Always ask for the freshest ones if you go here. I love Cinnabon, but this location seemed to cut too many corners ☹️

I stopped by Cinnabon for the first time to buy a cinnamon roll — I absolutely love them, especially with a cup of coffee. But the customer service made me walk away without buying anything. It was my first time visiting the store, and the staff seemed to be in a really bad mood. There were three employees, but none of them seemed interested in helping. I ended up leaving without trying the product. It looks good, but the poor service made me lose interest.

I ordered a hot chocolate and they served me water with flavoring, horrible. The attendant was in a bad mood and did everything badly in front of us. Terrible service! I returned all the orders and they didn't give us our money back.
Two times I've been into the Cinnabon in Pier Park and both times have been completely looked past and ignored I would not recommend this place to anyone only do to the service the food is incredible the two ladies I dealt with and I will not return to the store to do business and would not recommend it to anybody and that says a lot cuz I don't want to put down anybody's business but the two ladies there today the 21st of October 2024 at 4:35 p.m. they suck they came off as mean and nasty

The ladies who were at the counter were the sweetest.
Churro sticks 2/5 These were too soft for my liking. They did not have any crunch to them. It was just soft bread. The cream that came with it helped.
Lemonade peach slush 3/5 It was a good size. Slush was good but I think adding the additional flavors made it too sweet for my liking.
