They are very very understaffed. We felt awful for our poor server who was serving the whole restaurant while the 3 bartenders and 1 host were not helping her at all. The chef was even having to bring food out to tables. This is a fault on management and should be fixed before they lose good staff over it. Our food was good, but the drinks tasted different every time we ordered another round. The view was beautiful, but I don't think we will be back on our next trip to PCB.
Food and service was excellent. Location is slightly inconvenient being in a hotel and a bit hard to find. If I was staying there it would be a 5/5.
We had a phenomenal dinner here celebrating the first night of our babymoon! Ally (our waiter) the hostess, and (assuming) the manager were all so accommodating and they even wrote a sweet note to celebrate! We will for sure be back!
My Husbands tacos were delicious. I unfortunately ordered a fried seafood platter. It tasted like salt and I was unable to eat it. The server did take off 10 percent but it should have been more.
Service, view, and food were good but the atmosphere was strange due to it not being closed off from the hotel lobby. Guests were mostly hotel guests so we were over dressed
Didn't realize it was the hotel lobby. If i had been in search of a bar with a view then it would have been spot on. Wish they would separate the bar and restaurant more. Beautiful view some table had cloth some didn't . Could have been a bit more upscale. Water on table served in plastic cup. Beer and wine came with a glass so it got better. The meal was very good. Wife had cedar plank salmon, it was delicious. Son had cornbread stuffed chicken it was very good as well. All was seasoned well and served well. The pictures just gave me an impression of a quiet dinner with a beautiful view. Not so much
went with a large group with the expectation that food would take a while. loved the atmosphere and the ocean view but service was pretty bad. after our appetizer took an hour and half and did not come after our meals came we started to question things. i asked the server how long apps would be and her response was “it's a restaurant hotel what do you expect”. i understand things were not in her control but the rudeness and attitude we were given while remaining very polite an nice to her was insane for a a 50/person meal. Not to mention they were out of almost everything. won't be back next vacation honestly disappointed. there did not even appear to be a manager on duty and almost no apologies were offered to us until the bill came no comps were offered for the 1.5+ hour fry appetizer
The restaurant seems to be new to operating as things were disorganized trying to be seated, not enough staff, and rushing through things. The food is very typical hotel food as opposed to a restaurant anyone would visit who isn't already staying here. The prices were in line with a high end restaurant like Firefly (the 5 of us ate there, all having steaks without drinks for $240 including tip) we 5 ate here at Solstice for $210 including tip (had truffles fries, 2 shrimp pastas, wings, 2 orders of tacos, no drinks) the quality of food, the service, the experience was much less desirable. Truly hope those reviews helps them to improve the pricing or food quality and experience to ensure they can compete in the market.
I booked a table but one had not been reserved so we just had to sit where we could. It was more like a cafe than a bar and grill with very little ambiance. The service was slow but when the food did arrive they bought the appetisers and the mains together. The place was noisy and had sports televisions on all around. Would not recommend.
The food and service were excellent here! We loved the quinoa bowl, smash burgers, and the jalepeno chicken! Great atmosphere especially if it's chilly out to smart a window seat so you can enjoy looking at the beach. Great service too!

Las chuletas estaban riquísima nunca las habia probado con jalea. Me encanto. Felicitaciones al que las cocinó. Muy ricas.
Quinoa bowl was so delicious! Healthy and indulgent, I definitely recommend it as vegetarian fulfilling dish. I will be back!
The view was fantastic! The food was top notch! They had so many great options it was hard to choose, so I just tried a few things and I was so glad I did! The spicy mule was a fun start and a surprising new favorite. The quinoa bowl and the salmon had so much flavor and the fish was cooked perfectly! I can't wait to go back! I would recommend to anyone. It's located in the SpringHill Suites on the 4th floor so the view is not like any other of the beach and the ocean. I didn't want anything too sweet so I had a "dirty Dr. PEPPER" for dessert which was perfection! I'm going back next week. The server said they can do big parties and it looks like they have plenty of seating options so I'm bringing friends!
Always a fun atmosphere and not what you would expect from a Restaurant inside of a hotel. The food on the new menu was really tasty and the view is unbeatable!
The food was spot on! If you're looking for a great place to eat this is your spot! I dine all over the world and never expected the exceptional meal here! Spot on! Great job chef
