This is fast food, above and beyond. I had never heard of Culver's before recently reading an article on "America's top 5 burgers", so I tried it. Burger, onion rings, shrimp and service with a smile. It was all very good given what Culver's is... fast food.

This location used to have Awesome Customer service. Not anymore. There's nothing wrong with young people running the place but Awful Customer service. Long wait too.

If I could I would give 0 stars because this place isn't worthy of 1....My wife ordered our dinner online to this location & everything was paid for & have proof with bank statement but when we went to pick it up, they claimed there was no order for us & said we must have ordered at a different restaurant but we didn't it was the one in Panama City Beach & the employees kept trying to make excuses that there wasn't anything they could do, when in fact they could have fixed the food we paid for or gave us our money back but instead they acted like they wasn't able to look into the system to see if in fact we had ordered & paid & said we would have to get in touch with the owner. Needless to say, we left with no food but billed $50 as if we had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody & if you do, make sure you do it in the restaurant or you might have this happen to you

The fish sandwich was very good. Good flavor and tasty bun. The house salad was awful. It was mostly wilted lettuce that looked like it was several weeks oldThere were a couple of cherry tomatoes. I ordered the honey mustard dressing. It was awful. Thick as tar and way too sweet.
