I ate here one evening while I was on vacation. I drank a soft drink and had a chili cheese coney and soon after I started to eat I got severe vertigo. I dismissed it and it grew worse. I had to immediately had to go to the restroom where it only got even worse. I threw the food away and returned home. I have to bring this to the owners attention. After I returned home and five hours later I was fine. (after the food was gone) I am not saying it was the food but it did happen and I have no health issue to blame it on. I know a little bit about the fast food business and maybe the food was spoiled or not the proper temperature or maybe the drink machine had something in it from a cleaning . It might be a good chance to check into the food preparation. Thank you. Its was on Tuesday evening the Oct.28th around 3-5 pm. There was one young lady at the front register and someone in the back that I could not see. She was super nice and the place was clean.

Cashier did not smile, vibe from her felt like she hated her job and everyone was an inconvenience to her. Tables were not clean even though the dining was empty at around 3pm

By far the worse Dairy Queen I have ever gone too. I have lived in PCB for a year the first time I went through the drive thru I was told at 30 minutes before they were going to close that none of the grills were on! Today I went there to try it again and was at the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes and never moved so I I backed up and just parked and went in and was told while waiting I would be helped soon after 10 to 15 minutes nothing! I left and told those behind me good luck! I will never go back they should consider closing the store! Thankfully a Whataburger is across the street in front of Lowes!!

Drove through a few minutes ago and got a tired exasperated sounding lady at the speaker. When we pulled up to the window she wasn’t there and we finally left after a few minutes of waiting. We had seen one employee standing in front smoking a cigarette when we first pulled up. I get that people need their breaks but she shouldn’t be doing that at the front of the store. Obviously she was the only other employee there that day leaving one employee to do everything. This wasn’t at 9 pm or close to closing time. It was around 2 pm. A disappointment because this place used to be really good.

The person in the drive thru was super nice. I'm so glad they had the non-dairy dilly bars! My kids really enjoyed them. We will definitely be back :)

We were pulled forward when there were no other vehicles in drive thru and then left in the parking lot for another 20 mins waiting on food that wasn't even started untill I came inside to inquire about my meal

Both the service, food and atmosphere were great. I had a chili Dog w/fries, my wife had 3-piece chicken strips meal deal. Great value and the food was delicious. We eat here frequently and have always been pleased. I agree, it is one of the best DQ's I have ever been too. Our favorite for sure!
