Very nice casual cajun resturant. The service was great. No wait at 8:30 p.m. Our orders didnt take too long and were served hot which is always good for me. The food was good and what i ordered was spicy and good. This place is worth checking out.

Went for lunch. The Raw Oysters were good. Got a dozen and a PBR. The price was right and did not pay the tourist rates. Lots of locals having lunch which was a clue we were in the right place.

We went with friends for the Monday special red beans and rice! Hubby and I are not fans of the special, so I had shrimp, lobster, and gouda grits. Hubby had the gumbo. We all enjoyed our food very much and everyone left happy and full. Our server Richard did an excellent job of taking care of us after we were seated at a table. However, I was not impressed with the bar tender he seemed more interested in chatting up a young lady at the bar than waiting on anyone else. I would give him zero stars for his service if I could. The 3 stars for the atmosphere are because they keep it so cold and the noise level is pretty high.Parking: I think they added a secondary parking lot since last time we were there.

Love the new building didn’t think it could get any better
We started with the boudin balls and then got the crawfish etouffee and the nawlins poboy. Great food and wonderful service. Would definitely go back.

We had a party of 20 during brunch prime time & DCP did not disappoint!! They told us wait time was 45 mins, but we were sat within 30. Service was excellent! The food came quickly & tasted excellent. You have to try at least two appetizers, they are all delicious. Oyster are 10/10 every time, but are sometimes on the larger side.They have live entertainment very often & a claw machine for the kids! Full liquor bar. Handicap accessible. Parking lot + additional parking lot. Indoor & outdoor seating.
The flavor of my dish was very good, but it was missing its main ingredient- crayfish!We sat outside, and our server never came to ask how it was or if we needed anything else.
