Exactly what you expect from D&B. Nothing surprising, and always a fun time. The food area is clean and conveniently located. Meals and drinks are good, albeit a little costly...

It's been remodeled. But no structure in quality or service. Plan on waiting for food and drinks at least an hour or 2. Needs lots of help still.

BEWARE, we went to a birthday party and we had our OWN ticket and so did other people who came as well and they charged a 18 to 20 % gratuity on ALL of our checks. I seriously felt that they robbed all of us. They didn't explain that they already did they so they go another tip on top. I really feel they where dishonest and weren't very straight forward. I feel like they shouldn't of charged us that gratuity either. We got none in chicken wings, smash burger and a kids chicken tender meal with our drinks of course and the bill was $100. I dont really think I'll be going back at all not even for the food. I will stick with rocket lanes.

All together was a fun time, server was Louis I believe was super standoffish and a little rude and I’m a server myself but other than that and the bathroom which was covered in pee all over and reeked, the time my boyfriend and I had was good just wish our server didn’t seem like his life was miserable lol the guy walking around with the camera though was so so so sweet props to him for making our dinner very special

The place was very clean. The people did not greet us and seemed like they did not want to be there. We got food and Louis was nice. We asked for more sauces and water but the food was good. Our waiter was good but all the other people seemed upset to be there. Crazy. Not sure we will be back.

I've been here twice in two years for birthdays. The first time I had a blast! This time everything was good as well but some minor changes. When we first walked in my dad had payed online for our game cards prior to arrival but we had a problem with scanning it with his phone. The lady that helped with this problem was absolutely amazing and patient. Second, I really wish they hadn't changed the coin pushing games. Before, you used to get tickets with every coin you were able to push off the ledge. Now, it's only cards that you get tickets for and not coins and the cards are super hard to get off. With all that being said I still had a great time. However, you need to be fairly skilled at the milk jug game and be able to get lucky at the big bass game to be able to get somewhat a big prize. I love this place and would absolutely come again but I would suggest that they would change there only being three or four games that give you a bunch of tickets.

Not only was the waiter absolutely the worst waiter I've ever had, the entire experience at D&B was unbelievable. Service was extremely slow, staff was rude, managers ignored us and never came when requested multiple times, food was sub-par or didn't come at all, and drinks never came (except for water). It took about 1 hour just to get a waiter to show up and take our order. About 20 minutes later, a couple appetizers (nachos) showed up. They were cold and tasted horrible and no drinks yet. Our food began to show up one item at a time and 30 minutes later, still no drinks. When we asked the waiter when our drinks and remaining food would come, his response was that he had no control over when they would be ready. He could at least ask. We never saw the waiter again. We asked if someone could get our waiter or manager 3 times and neither showed up. I tried to get drinks at the bar. WRONG! Bartenders were rude and began yelling at me. One even stuck his hand in my face while yelling. We realized that the rest of our food and drinks were not coming. We paid the check and left. I can guarantee we will NEVER visit the Dave & Busters in Panama City Beach again.

Absolute tourist trap....$300 for a family of four to eat,an play 30 minutes of games....Grew up going to dB In austin texas,had to call a buddy back home an ask about prices...This place is a 20% mark up,just cause your locations by the beach?For subpar food,an high priced games,next time I'll just take the kids for pizza an stop by fat daddy's arcade..

We have been here several times and tonight, February 15, was the worst service experience we have ever had, EVER. We sat at the bar at 4:30, it took 25 minutes to be greeted, and we didn’t let that bother us because we understood it was busy. We were finally able to order drinks & our chicken nachos. Received our drinks in under 3 minutes and then absolutely nothing afterwards. Our food, let alone our drinks were never rang in. We sat there, being completely looked over. It’s almost as if they were all purposely ignoring us. And with the amount of people that were behind the bar, there wasn’t an excuse for it anymore.

We FINALLY got one of the night time bartenders (we were there for shift change) attention and said can we tab out. We never were asked for a card to start a tab let alone a name, so we knew based off the bartenders face, our nachos (from over an hour ago) let alone our drinks were never rang in. We couldn’t even try to say anything because absolutely no one looked at us or spoke to us. He tabbed us out for just our drinks and didn’t acknowledge our situation at all.

We understand there was an event happening, however, we watched the walk up bar constantly be served and most of the bar come and go before we ever got acknowledged for the second time. Let alone, a friendly couple sat next to us and had to wait 30 minutes themselves to ever be GREETED.

For a Saturday night and an event going on, pretty disappointing to be treated this way (or not at all), as someone who also bartends. We sat at the bar at 4:30 and was finally ABLE to leave it (with only having 1 drink each and never getting our food) at 6:05.

I walked in and there were little to no customers. Some employees but they all looked at me and ignored me or walked the other way.

No problem. They are renovating and busy.
I will just get a drink by the bar.

Same thing, no one greeted me and ask if I needed anything.

The kiosks were not working properly and I couldn’t find anyone to help at all.

Horrible experience.

But hey, I guess they let certain people work on those slow days for a reason.

We loved our time here. Games were fun and staff was excellent. I only gave it 4 stars because all of our drinks were super weak and more sugar and ice than anything.

Tatiana was a WONDERFUL hostess. She deserves a raise and went above and beyond for us and others while we were there. She also got us our Togo food when we left, which was good.
