Dave & Buster's Panama City Beach

Terrible service. Kids too young to know basic math working there and they have zero clue of when to ask for help ive asked for the manger 3 times waited in 3 different lines just to be given to someone else who cant help. Food is dry, and the games are way over priced

Everything was great, except they couldn't find my reservation when we arrived at our scheduled time. The manager was super nice and just offered us a table right then anyway, even thought It was New Year's Eve. Server was on it and checking in frequently even with the large and energetic crowd. We had good food and a fun time.

Good times. Busy on the weekends, but manageable.

First I will say this DnBs seemed bigger than ones Iv been to before. We went on a very busy day and they still had great service. Id say Robby was the star of the show.. He was literally everywhere at the same time.. He was working the crane machine, hyping all the kids up making sure everyone was having fun and nobody was bored in line, He was working the prize counter and working the floor fixing everyones issues (including ours) great guy! My son loves the giant Banana he got there. I got a couple drinks both were good, they were out of a few ingredients like the glitter bombs but they were busy so makes sense. We will definitely be back.

Food was good, prices were average but less expensive than anticipated, server was attentive and polite. They could have offered more of a variety of games and unless you go on a 1/2 off coin day the games were a bit pricey.

Kids had a great time. Some games do not have great instructions, you gotta figure out as you play them the first time, causing unnecessary use of coins. Also, you gotta swipe the card a couple of times, even after it says “successful” and no way to check if it was swiped twice or more. 🫤

We were here on December 18, 2025, when my daughter’s engagement ring flew off while she was playing basketball. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled incredibly well thanks to Jared and Andrew. Both went above and beyond to help us search for the ring, showing genuine care, professionalism, and patience.

Jared ultimately found the ring, and we cannot thank them both enough. Their outstanding customer service truly stood out, and they deserve recognition for the way they handled the situation. We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend this place because of employees like them.

I’m leaving this review to ask for clarification about the receipt tipping process. This was for bar drinks, and after checking my card statement, I noticed a 35% tip was applied to my bill, which was higher than what I remember writing on the receipt. This charge was actually flagged by my credit card company, which is what prompted me to look more closely.

I’m not concerned about the small dollar difference itself, but it did raise questions about how receipt tips are entered and processed. I think customers would appreciate more transparency or confirmation when receipt tips are finalized. Hoping management can clarify how this works.

Maybe don’t close the entire building for peaden on a SATURDAY when kids have school off and people drive to the beach such BS

We visited after a sports tournament and had a blast with the team and families. It was the ideal spot for everyone to unwind and enjoy. We stayed at a nearby hotel, so the location was very convenient…we walked there and avoided driving. The vibe was energetic, there were plenty of games, and it was an easy way to have fun after the tournament.

Super disappointed they made most games cost 3.5 points to play up to SEVEN! They DOUBLED how much it cost to play games. Like we don't get screwed over enough with price gauging everywhere else! Screwing the parents of trying to let their kids have fun, what a slap in the face Dave & Busters.

You have got to give this Dave and Busters in Pier Park, Panama City Beach a try. Great food cold beer and great service. Plus about a million tvs tuned into any sport you can think of. Beers are ice cold and the menu has too much to choose from. The only thing they need are pinball machines.

It's Dave and busters. Food was good and you always have fun. Dianne Reeves their prices on their games to outweigh getting a $20 card where it used to be like 3 or 4 tickets per game it is now 7 to 12.
