Pulled up to pick up my mobile order and the lady said nothing had been done the night before and there was no coffee. The employee worked hard to fill my order but the management needs to get a GRIP ON THEIR STAFF! I understand managing fast food is tough, but this is some BS! Be accountable and get your staff some real help!

I went to Dunkin donuts yesterday to grab my coffee around 615am. There was not a staff in sight nor was there a sign stating they were closed. Very disappointed . So I drove all the way to breakfast point 15 minutes out of my way to get a coffee.

Shout out to the staff at the Thomas Drive location. I had a minor mix up a couple weeks prior at the drive thru window, and they told me to come back in sometime and they would replace the doughnut part of my order. They were nice and professional about it. The manager and staff went out of their way to apologize and we all laughed and joked while I completed my transaction. I left feeling valued as a customer and even more loyal to the brand. It was nice starting my day off with such a friendly customer service experience.

Arguing over what a person orders calls for crappy reviews all your there to do is serve customers not to make ur self happy wife went to grab me coffee an had to argue on how she orders it
They never have donuts made. At 12.55 pm they ran out cause they were busy. Other places are busy and still manage to have donuts. We haven’t been here in years because of this issue. Talked to corporate about this issue and said it would be solved. Years later still the same. So we will not be back.

This is the only Dunkin I go to that I can trust everything is always hot and fresh I only get the bacon but today I tried the bagel stuffers which were so amazing
Edit: went back today bacon was completely black every single piece I got two things of it definitely a waste of my money I wasn’t happy so I’m removing a start

You guys need to give Chloe a RAISE!! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door despite her being overloaded with customers. She made sure each of us had a personalized, friendly experience at Dunkin. My food and drink were made quickly and efficiently (not to mention it was delicious!). I will for sure be returning to this location and it’s all because of Chloe and her fabulous customer service. Well done!
