They never have donuts made. At 12.55 pm they ran out cause they were busy. Other places are busy and still manage to have donuts. We haven’t been here in years because of this issue. Talked to corporate about this issue and said it would be solved. Years later still the same. So we will not be back.

You guys need to give Chloe a RAISE!! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door despite her being overloaded with customers. She made sure each of us had a personalized, friendly experience at Dunkin. My food and drink were made quickly and efficiently (not to mention it was delicious!). I will for sure be returning to this location and it’s all because of Chloe and her fabulous customer service. Well done!

Donuts are dry, and they skimp on the glaze/ icing. They are nothing like the donuts I’ve had at other locations.

0-10 do not recommend. Absolutely terrible experience. On vacation with my 3 kids and stopped in for something cold after being out in the Florida heat. Was completely rushed at the drive through speaker, repetitively asked “is that all” and “anything else”. Also out of several doughnut options. Traveling with kids requires patience and this establishment clearly has none. When I got to the window as asked “what’s the rush” and pointed out that it was very rude to treat customers in that manner I was informed that they have a “national drive through time” that they are to adhere to. However, the speed of the delivery of my purchased items would beg to differ. When I asked to speak with a manager, of course there was none. After all of this they still got my order wrong. What a complete waste!

I used to go here almost daily on my way to work but... since the coffee has tasted horrible lately and the RUDE RUDE person you have working in there now I travel to the other location! I see other comments about this girl and it looks like it's the manager so that makes it even worse!!! I will not come back which is sad because the other people are pleasant!
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts on Thomas Drive and encountered an exceptionally rude manager. Although I personally did not have a confrontation with her, I observed her sharply issuing orders to her staff. She was excessively strict about not accepting Apple Pay, insisting that customers stretch over the drive through window to tap their phone on the payment system. Despite the window attendant being very friendly, the manager sternly instructed her not to bring the Apple Pay reader closer to me. Instead, she insisted that I get out of my car and reach over to their window to tap my phone on their payment system, which is entirely unsafe. It was evident she provided a negative atmosphere, as well as I was sitting at the window. Everyone was grouped together, voicing their opinions, and being extremely negative. I will be reaching out to Apple to let them know that this form of payment is an inconvenience to Dunkin’ Donuts. as a business owner myself, I highly recommend performance counseling for this manager, as well as someone who can build a team up instead of verbally breaking them down.

Ish always welcomes me with a smile and is just so friendly. The service here is also always great. I’ve never had any complaints here and I’ve been coming here for about a year now. I’ll even pass 2 other Dunkin’s to get to this one. Ish deserves a raise 100%.
