I was taken care of properly. The distance between you and the choices of donuts is a little far away, making it a bit difficult to see what you're getting. That said these are without a doubt the worst donuts on earth. There's not a lot of choices in the direct area,but go the distance. They're horrible donuts.

waited 25 minutes at the register no one greeted me or told me they will be with me shortly, just got looked at and ignored while making drive thru drinks. asked kindly if i could get my order taken since the people that came after me got served and i still had not a single word said to me. then the employee very rudely responded and said to give her a minute as shes the only one, i said i understood but again i wasn’t even acknowledged or anything. i work in the service industry and i do NOT treat people like this, understaffed stressed or not. better management is needed.

Let’s start with the new manager is super sweet but needs to learn how to punish her employees for not cleaning after there closing it has been dirty in the mornings when I’ve came in to get coffee the other day I came in before closing and one of the closers female who walked out the bathroom then I went in after it smelled like marijuana and there were bits of weed on the counter #3 if your gonna be a manager be a real manager not the nice manager to try to get everyone to like you make your store good an have good employees and punish your employees and fire if the are not doing there responsibilities!

Pulled up to pick up my mobile order and the lady said nothing had been done the night before and there was no coffee. The employee worked hard to fill my order but the management needs to get a GRIP ON THEIR STAFF! I understand managing fast food is tough, but this is some BS! Be accountable and get your staff some real help!

I went to Dunkin donuts yesterday to grab my coffee around 615am. There was not a staff in sight nor was there a sign stating they were closed. Very disappointed . So I drove all the way to breakfast point 15 minutes out of my way to get a coffee.
