Called ahead and Ordered 3 dozen doughnuts for p/u. They forgot to fill my order so I had to wait.

Manager did apologize but didn't make any concessions for mistake.

Shout out to the staff at the Thomas Drive location. I had a minor mix up a couple weeks prior at the drive thru window, and they told me to come back in sometime and they would replace the doughnut part of my order. They were nice and professional about it. The manager and staff went out of their way to apologize and we all laughed and joked while I completed my transaction. I left feeling valued as a customer and even more loyal to the brand. It was nice starting my day off...
