I took my 16 year old to Dunkin this a.m. She's never used the computer ordering system. She asked for help, she was told no, you HAVE to use the funky, germmy, unclean screen. There was so much thrash

Came through the drive thru last night around 6, 2 hours before closing, and was told I couldn’t order food and they were out of decaf hot coffee. I told her I’d take iced, then was told there was no iced decaf either. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this lady before not serving food when it’s hours from closing, but now coffee that’s new. Not to mention she kept calling me a bombaclat.

Went in to get my coffee and the girl gave me an attitude cause what I wanted wasn’t on the screen so I needed her to take my order for me. She straight up said are you gonna order or do you want me to take it? Yes that’s your job

Just came from the doctor where and trying to give my kids breakfast and the customer service was honestly 0 stars. I needed a moment to look at the menu and the man on the mic thought that was an issue because I was in the drive thru? Why is there a menu in the drive thru? Also, turn your mic off? Maybe have common courtesy?

It is currently 751 pm . Me and my gf walked in a few mins ago and were told they were closed even though the door was open . And it’s not closing time .

THE WORST! Manager is clueless on how to work in customer service, or even the register when he couldn't ring up an order! The people here have the worst attitude, the tall guy makes the drink like he doesn't care about anything, dirty and area is abysmal. They force use to use the kiosk then ask if you placed an order, they don't acknowledge, I tried several times and it's just abysmal, and it's so close to my work and route that I go there almost every day, but I will no longer return to this location, and I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.

Not sure how a place that makes donuts could nake such bad donuts. And the employee didn't seem to know what donuts were which didn't fill me with the confidence. I elected not to try the coffee lest my anoos having a date with the toilet

It was 8:28pm the lights were all on including the drive through menu I waited they never asked can I help you, I got her attention and she said closed at 8:00 the website says 9:00pm. Turn out your lights and turn off the menu and everyone would know your closed. Update the website if you would rather not turn off your lights kinda miss leading to customers…

Nobody answers the phone, you can call but no one will answer. All in all it's a sign of laziness and bad customer service.

We came 15 minutes before they closed, just for one drink, and I understand it’s late but the lady decided to not take our order at the drive thru. She proceeded to ignore us but we could see her on her phone through the window.. Not trying to be rude but I just think that could’ve been handled better.
