Don't waste your time ! Muffins were hard like day old. Place was dirty and staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves than cleaning tables. Bathrooms were dirty and in need of a paint job.

Fantastic doughnuts and coffee. Dunno why they shorted the name to "Dunkin'". FYI, to get the 5% discount don't use the fancy kiosks. Have a person take your order.

One machine to make all the shots of espresso.. the lady was waiting on the machine to make all the drinks. My drink got messed up and she told me I had to wait until all of the other 7-8 drinks were made before she could remake mine.. just threw it away and went to another location!

Very unfriendly. No greeting at all. Kiosk ordering only and it doesn't have all of the options available. Was told they couldn't take my order if I was paying card, but also didn't offer to help find my items on the kiosk. They were probably unfriendly because the only words I heard spoken in the store was the manager fussing at her employees for taking slightly too long to pack an order. Left the store and went to the drive-thru so I could verbalize my order to someone. Felt very rushed when placing my order. The woman, which I believe was the manager, ask me "is that it" after every item stated with sighs after each item I added. They also got part of my order wrong in the end. They made an iced coffee instead of hot. The label on the cup was correct in saying hot, but they made an iced. They also forgot to add the espresso shot and pumpkin flavoring to the drink as well.

Not a great experience...

Walked inside at 7:00 a.m. Two employees and two touch screens. No, "Welcome to Dunkin." They will not take your order at the counter. The touchscreen doesn't have all the choices of donuts in front of you. The bathroom is filthy with no toilet paper, at 7 in the morning!
However, they had a large assortment of fresh donuts. The donuts get 5 stars
The unhelpful, unfriendly employees and filthy restroom -3 stars.

Very slow. Waited 15 mins in line to order. After ordering it took an additional 12 mins after I'm not sure how many people can waste 30 mins for coffee? Not me. For an iced Carmel macchiato?

Computers at the front desk cannot communicate when the store is out of stock of EGGS. I placed my order only to have to be refunded for all of the sandwiches I ordered. It is such a hassle this way. First, please have eggs. Secondly, please return to real customer service.

At this location, if you go inside, you have to order at a kiosk unless you are paying with cash. The employees ignored another lady who was having trouble using the kiosk. She even tried to get an employee to help her, and they refused, telling she had to use the kiosk. She walked out without ordering. When our order was ready, they threw it on the counter and walked away. I and another customer had to handle the bag to find our order.
The pumpkin muffins were good and coffee enjoyable, but I will not go back to this location.

The donut ordering was good, no problem there. We also ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 3 people behind us got theirs first because they lost our ticket. We asked about it and the guy said we are making it and another lady said Oh I'm so sorry ,noticing the time on the ticket. She got right on it.(thank you). There trash cans are over flowing at 9am. They tried to make our blueberry iced coffee all sugar free and added more blueberry. It was disgusting and made us a new coffee.

Mcdonald's iced coffee is better.

I ordered a large s’mores cold brew, and they wanted to hand me a medium to which I corrected them. Apparently the manager was the one taking orders and chose not to listen to my order, making her own assumptions. When I turned down the medium being handed to me, the blonde employee went to her and said I had ordered a large. The response was “no, she ordered a medium”.
They had asked me to pull forward, but because of the major attitude I got, I only returned it and said that I would stay there. I can’t trust that they wouldn’t do anything to my order because of the manager’s extremely rude demeanor. Well, I was met by a threat “We have a timer we need to keep under. I can call my boss and have them leave their home to come over here and move you” please tell me you’re not seriously employing people like this… they used to be nice. The previous employees had my order down no questions asked when I arrived nearly daily, they were so wonderful.. and now this?! I can tell the reason why the people I adored so much are no longer there… you’ve lost my business. ✌? oh and I trashed the coffee.

Got to the window & not even a minute goes by and I’m being rushed to order which I never eat or buy coffee here. I then say something that I needed a minute meanwhile in less than 2 mins 3 people total kept asking me what I wanted. I finally just picked the first thing I seen. Couldn’t even order myself a coffee so I had to get a water. Then I ask for a blended coffee and was informed the machine was down. I then said I don’t even know what I would like because I was rushed & then this lady informs me that they are on a timer & had a line and she had been there since 4 am. I truly am disgusted with this place especially since I only went there mostly for a coffee because I work sun up to sun down. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
