Good stuff, great staff

The food was horrible! I only got five hash browns in the bag and not only were they cold, but they smelt like dirty dishwater. The wrap that I got was ice cold on the inside and it had a weird smell as well. They might want to try washing things a little better because this was the nastiest experience I've had ever with a fast food chain and that's saying a lot. I've never gone to dunkin' donuts before and it's funny because this is the first time I've ever actually stopped there for breakfast and was completely appalled! The only thing that was good was the orange juice, but that's because it comes in a sealed bottle. Complete waste of $12! The food was inedible! I should stop back by after work and let them take a smell of it... I am very disappointed! I will not be going back and I'll make sure that everyone I know hears about this and avoids this restaurant! If it wasn't for the fact that I'm on my way to work, I would have turned around and took this back and let them know how disgusting it is. Unfortunately, I don't have the time because I can't be late for work LOL some of us take pride in our jobs...

Love being able to order ahead and they have a great reward program. Staff are friendly and order is ready when I arrive. Gotta love Dunkin!

Great drinks

Last month I ordered a Summer munchkins bucket with donut holes and ordered through the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker, they told me they never received my order but I was charged and it's in my transaction history. Once I got to the drive thru window, they told me they didn't receive my order and they were out of donut holes but we saw other customers with donut holes. I had my kids in the car and they were upset we had to drive away with nothing. I wasn't able to get a refund but they gave me reward points.

What a terribly run business. The customers struggle to order on the stupid kiosk and the you ask if they can take your order and they are totally put out. 2 days in a row same treatment. The employees are talking a chatting and the customers struggle .

Y’all need to do way better! Toasted means not cold chewy bagel!

Have to admit. This is a funny one. Ordered the $6 meal deal in drive thru. Comes with a coffee, sandwich and hash browns.

I Ordered a meal deal with no coffee. They said I needed to have a coffee for the deal, so I told them I'll take the meal deal with just give me the cup.

I ordered online and it charged me, but the drive through worker was very rude saying it wasn’t showing on his side. I left without the coffee I paid for.
