It is Dunkin so as long as service is good, order is correct, and donuts fresh, then it is five stars. HOWEVER, MUST BRING BACK CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS. They were best on menu. Hot chocolate could be more chocolate and less water, like the Donut Hole(down the street).

I am never one to leave reviews but this dunkin was AWFUL. We pulled up to the drive thru before heading back to Bama. There were 4 of us in the car which meant we had 4 people to get food and drink for. We start ordering and we get interrupted when I assume the manager came on the speaker and said “just to let y’all know, there’s only 2 of us in here so there’s gonna be a wait” in the rudest tone! So we pull up and we get our coffees and y’all, if our order is wrong, we gonna panic because coffee either makes or ruins our day lol but it was wrong and so we asked them to fix it and she claimed we ordered wrong but whatever. Then one of us got a hot drink but it came out Iced even though the sticker literally says hot but we were just over it at that point. Anyways thanks for listening to my story time

zero stars. the lobby was closed so drive thru only. I was picking up Uber eats order at 9:07am. didn't leave till 9:30. Bryson gave me the order and told me the drink would be out to my car. I waited 15 minutes. manager "Kate" was open door so I asked her if she had the drink ready. she yelled and said "she is work with boys and they are in high school!" I said "I don't want to know about your coworkers. do you know about the ordered drink?" I walked away and she slammed the door yelling louder she would get the drink. Kate the Manager should immediately be fired. she is verbally and emotionally abusive to her employees. she can't handle that job and she is blaming her staff. I got back into the drive thru and bryson got me my drink since she never brought it out like she said. she is abusing those kids that work there, she can't handle stress at all. and is blaming her downfalls on younger people in a different gender then she is. I have never seen such gross workmanship ever. the boys she was complaining about were clearly stressed with fear. I told bryson he was being verbally and mentally abused by Kate and needs to find another job to get away from that environment and she needs to be fired and put on government assistance so she never works with people again. stay home kate, so you can abuse the people in your own house rather then the rest of society. kate if you ever read this you are ruining those boys into thinking women are bitches. you are cause men to hate women cause you are the problem. you are the fucking problem. #firekateshesucks. By far my worst experience in my entire life at a Dunkin came from this store and the unorganized staff. Friendly staff and good customer service, just unable to complete their job. Walked inside with 1 person in line in front of me and about 3 cars in the drive through. No big deal right? Wrong. Long story short the staff was extremely unorganized causing them to stress out, miss people’s orders, service people out of turn, and overall causing a bad experience for a lot of people. After ordering, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for my coffee. I know, that’s a long time, I was desperate for a coffee. Anyways, I asked 4 times for my iced coffee, about 6 people were served ahead of me that came in after me (not order pickup) before I ended up walking out without my coffee or a refund. I also ordered a frosted donut which I received almost immediately. While waiting for the coffee, I guess the icing melted and shocker, the donut was in the bag face down. Grabbed the donut from the bottom of the bag and legitimately ALL of the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. Literally the icing on the cake for that Dunkin experience. Now I have to call corporate and request a refund prior to disputing the charge because I walked out after 45 minutes of waiting and simply could no longer wait for an iced coffee…well done guys.

In town for a couple days and stopped by twice. On the first day, it was like 10:30am. The people were nice, but they were out of so many donuts. Really only had a few choices.Then on Saturday night, we stopped by at 8:15pm. The website and the hours on the door say they are open until 9pm. However, the doors were locked. There were donuts in the trays, and people in the store, but they already locked up so no new customers. If your hours say 9pm, and there are still donuts in the bins, you should be open. And all we were trying to do was get some coffee.

I'm just going to keep this short, my coffee was awful :( Long review, I ordered a decaf with hazelnut flavor & light cream. I made the mistake of driving off without sipping first. My coffee tasted like water!! And I get it, a lot of places do not make decaf at after a certain time so instead, they make an Americano, but I placed my order at 11am. If they made an americano, the coffee to water ratio was completely off! And also, as I'm highly sensitive to caffeine, I expect to be told that I am receiving an Americano instead of blindly drinking a cup of water posing as coffee. In short, be careful when placing your order here.
