Firefly is a example of what fine dining should be. Classy warm, hospitable setting. Awesome, dedicated staff. Amazing dining experience perfect for a first date, anniversary or when you would like a unforgettable meal. I requested a specific whiskey not on their menu in advance. Dave Trepanier did not disappoint. When other restaurants fell short.For the unforgettable dining experience, Firefly is it.

We came here on a Christmas eve dinner date. Very nice atmosphere, upscale fine dining with a relaxing lounge area. This place is perfect for a date night. The waitstaff were very professional and knowledgeable. We loved the wine selection and cocktails. They also offer fresh sushi which we ordered to go. The food was good even though it was a bit lukewarm. That was my only take away.

The owners make you feel uncomfortable when they send out bad food and you send it back. I ordered a medium rare + on the bone in ribeye, it came out well done. They asked me how I ordered it, and I asked them how I ordered it. I told them not to waste another steak if they couldn't cook a steak properly, and the manager and our server ignored us the rest of the time. I've been going here since they opened - They've lost me and others, Salt Water Grill is WAY BETTER and only a quarter of a mile away. That's what I recommend.

Amazing food and everything we ordered was delicious. The only downside was feeling a bit rushed to place our order, as we were told it was a busy night and that we needed to order quickly. Overall, still a great experience and definitely worth trying

Only positive was friendly hostess. Waiter was mediocre at best. I have never had waiter stand in back of me to take order. Ordered steak medium well but steak arrived cooked rare. Waited while steak was sent back. Quality of steak was poor. Overall disappointing experience and will not return.

Food was excellent. I typically feel longing for more food at fine drinking establishment but portions were adequate and the food was delicious and creative. I particularly enjoyed the salmon which has unique flavors including coconut rice which was all cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed the tuna stuffed jalapenos. This appetizer was also unique and all flavors married extremely well. The service was also great and I was well attended to. My only critique is that a have never been in a fine dining establishment with so many TVs. I got a sports bar vibe which was strange considering no one was there to watch college basketball but it was on every television.
So we went to firefly in PCB...one of my friends in that area suggested we go there to eat...the only problem I have with this place is that i didn't know about it sooner....when I tell you this place was (LIT)!!!! Our order was that 30 oz stake,the stuffed filet mignon, and the hickory smoked chicken, the steaks were great ...the hickory smoked chicken was Great!!...and let me tell you about our server his name was (Wade)..we quizzed him on the menu...he was extremely knowledgeable,his attention to detail was immaculate,he was very friendly and his table side manner was very pleasing, the atmosphere was dignified,classy...we'll done Firefly

This restaurant did not live up to the hype. The worst part was how sick I got from the scallops. They were cooked beautifully but not fresh. I only ate one of the three on my plate and thank goodness for that. The she crab soup was delicious. Steak Oscar was okay except that something was off with the texture of the meat. Overall a big disappointment. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This is our first time at Firefly. We ordered the lump crab cakes, which were yummy. The she crab soup, was to die for! I had the Wagyu New York strip over mushroom risotto and my husband had the center cut Filet Mignon Oscar style with garlic mashed potatoes. We found everything to be presented beautifully. We ended our meal with their specialty Crème Brûlée and I must say it was absolutely divine! We were celebrating our 46th anniversary and Chad was our server. He was outstanding! He checked on us regularly to make sure we didn't need or want anything else. I highly recommend this place, we will be back!
