Great sandwich!

Stopped I'm real quick this evening. Food was typical Firehouse however the cashier needs to work on her customer service skills. She says so rude. We were hungry otherwise we would have walks out.
She won't start taking my order and stop and walk away. She did this twice. She never asked if he wanted drinks or make it meal, or even give is a chance before ringing it all up.

I ordered food from this store through Doordash, didn't get one of my sandwiches, so I called the store. The girl I talked to assured me that she made both of my sandwiches and put them in the bag, even though there were two stickers sealing the bag and clearly only one of my sandwiches were in there. She then asked me if I could call back later to resolve the issue. I told her no I would like to resolve it now, since I'm left with no lunch. She put me in hold, then hung up on me. I tried to call back, went to vm, them I called again and asked to talk to a Manager. I was then put on hold for over 10 min before I finally hung up. Absolutely terrible service!!

Very very bad service!!!!!worst place ever a lot of mistakes I order 2 salad last month I say no cheese they go ahead and put cheese on it . then I order a salad this morning I call just to make sure no cheese on it they give me a plain salad with only grass and meat this is crazy!! call ask to speck to a manager all she can say oh I’m so sorry about that and do nothing about the situation so I pay 14 dollars for just romaine and meat

I took the order of Firehouse steak&cheese 12 inches combo small drink and chips for a total of $21, which is ridiculous, I love Firehouse but I think they should consider the prices compared to their competition, a few days ago I bought a sub of the same size and a drink for a total of $13 dollars and I could only eat half of it because I was totally satisfied.

I love firehouse and have ate at a ton of locations, this one was terrible and it sucks because I just moved here and will never eat here again. The food wasn’t made right, I didn’t even get the right size sub, small instead of medium. And I mean who forgets to put the sauce on the sandwich that it comes with? Very disappointing and dissatisfying, employees were more worried about chit chatting than working. Not a good look for an otherwise greatly known brand.

Just placed an order via app the restaurant was empty and I ordered the sandwich I ordered because i had a taste for a sub and bacon qnd guess what's missing the bacon that iwas charge for and when I called they acted like there was nothing they did wrong so disappointing specially when the place was empty...check your product pls 🙏 before sending them out specially when u guys didn't have any customers

Walked in and it was super smoky, card reader was broke and workers were hasty, drink machine didn’t work. Love firehouse, but this one is bad on gang gang

First and last time at this location. Service was pure trash. Overcharged me and then when asked for my change she gave me less. Didn't even bother asking for bread type. I expected better

Whoever was at work yesterday needs to be taught how to make subs.. NONE of the veggies were cut correctly. My steak & cheese tho… pissed me off. My peppers shouldn’t be cut into strips!? And there was only 1 mushroom on the whole sub.
