was in here with my husband. tried to order my food with jamie and she wasn’t listening and kept talking and laughing with the girl next to her. very annoying experience.

Wendy was fantastic! She was working alone and took another couples order while making my sandwich and did not miss a beat. I am a very picky and she made sure to remember all of my requests while still taking their order and making their food and mine. She cut my sandwich into fourth and made sure my cheese was melted and I had the kind I liked and not nasty provolone cheese. 🧀 It may have taken me two days to eat it because I accidentally ordered a meal and I have had stomach surgery and can not eat a lot, but it is good to the last bite. 😝 Thank you again Wendy for such great service, sincerely a very satisfied customer!

Great sandwich!

Stopped I'm real quick this evening. Food was typical Firehouse however the cashier needs to work on her customer service skills. She says so rude. We were hungry otherwise we would have walks out.
She won't start taking my order and stop and walk away. She did this twice. She never asked if he wanted drinks or make it meal, or even give is a chance before ringing it all up.

I ordered food from this store through Doordash, didn't get one of my sandwiches, so I called the store. The girl I talked to assured me that she made both of my sandwiches and put them in the bag, even though there were two stickers sealing the bag and clearly only one of my sandwiches were in there. She then asked me if I could call back later to resolve the issue. I told her no I would like to resolve it now, since I'm left with no lunch. She put me in hold, then hung up on me. I tried to call back, went to vm, them I called again and asked to talk to a Manager. I was then put on hold for over 10 min before I finally hung up. Absolutely terrible service!!
