Folks preparing the food were friendly and professional. Not so much for the heavy set lady with glasses working the register. She was very condescending to the customers paying in front of me and to myself as well. If you don’t like your job please don’t create negativity in a place that is supposed to be fun and enjoyable.THE 5 STAR FOR SERVICE IS FOR THE PREPARATION CREW.

If I wanted one slice if meat on my sub I would have went to Subway, Very disappointed.
This is a good Firehouse Sub, the place is clean and the food comes out promptly.Only negative is how expenses the subs have gotten, you are looking at $15+ for a medium sized sub with a drink!
