This place is amazing! The ice cream maker is definitely an artist. The best banana split, so gorgeous. And the rolled ice cream with fresh fruit was delicious.

A great little shop. When we walked in, the owner smiled and greeted us warmly. The shop offers 12 flavors of Hershey ice cream and 19 flavors of rolled ice cream. Watching them make rolled ice cream is like watching a show, very interesting. There is also BOBA TEA in the shop. This is the best BOBA TEA I have ever had, and the price is cheaper than in Los Angeles and New York. What surprised me most was the cotton candy burrito. Although I am in my forties, I can't resist the deliciousness of cotton candy burrito. I feel like I'm back in my childhood. When I come to PCB again next time, I will definitely come back here

Fun little shop. Met everyone in the families expectations - one got boba tea, one rolled ice cream, one smoothie, and two cups of different flavors. Everything was great! My daughter said the boba prices were better than back home in Kansas.

Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids! Seating is available. Bathroom for customers. Can watch them make cotton candy and rolled ice cream.

This small town is very good we walk when it is very hot. watching them make an ice cream cone with three scoops of ice cream is really great. The service is good and very nice, they helped us to choose ice cream even if we don't know English very well.

Not a whole lot flavors for an ice cream place. You have a few options to choose from and it was just very pricey. The strawberry boba tea was flavorless and the tapioca tasted very odd. The ice cream we got was good though but they can put more options for customers.

10/10 DONT RECOMMEND! Not worth it! Prices are crazy. Payed 10 dollars and something cents for an embarrassing ice cream burrito…. literally had second hand embarrassment eating this thing. I asked her to re make it, because on the pictures it’s completely different. She didn’t remake it and said that’s how they cut it… like what… don’t come here… very greedy with everything and customer service is horrible.

The ice cream is pretty good here, and the rolled ice was a welcomed find! Love the Reese's and Fruity Pebbles rolled ices. And it was very easy to get to for pedestrians. That's part of the reason we go just about every night lol

One of the places I will be going to just to cool down and get some refreshing drinks. Ran into this store while walking back to my condo and left me amazed with how refreshing the Bobba Tea was and watching the rolled up ice cream is a skill well worth watching!
