Great American Cookies

I love Great American Cookies but the service here is terrible. The girl’s look at you like what you want or what are you doing here. If I could give a 0 I would. Makes no sense at all. When you’re dealing with the public you have to be friendly. I hope they read this post and take learn from this.

Great service, great food, definitely pricey. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the price. The mint ice cream was fantastic especially paired with a suger cookie, and my daughter loved her cotton candy ice cream! Id definitely go back. Just knowing its gonna be pricey for ice cream and cookies.

Purchased a cookie cake online which was very easy and quick...I went in next day to pick up and was welcomed and greeted by a friendly employee...she let me see my cake before I left to make sure I was pleased, which I was. I appreciate the staff being friendly and the cake was AHHHHMAZING...as always! Store was clean and ready for customers.
Would def visit this location again if in the area.

Great customer service! Cookies a little overpriced

I can't tell you enough about how pleased I am with this location. Although Pier Park is a closer store to my home, they don't even come close to this store. I have had two birthday cakes done in the past 2 weeks & have been beyond impressed with the artistic ability of Alex! Alex does phenomenal work & is always super friendly. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with her. I can't brag on her enough! Thanks again for the wonderful customer service & delicious cookie cakes!! ❤️

Always polite and kind staff. Clean store. My favorite stop instead of a pack of cookies from a store instead I buy one slice.

Omg the cookies were fantastic

They would not sell a small cone and the team indicated that they would get in trouble for selling it to even if my son was 12. I would think the policy should be re looked at because selling and making a profit should be the focus with the customers in mind. The team was polite but the policy or how it was interrupted was out of context.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Alex did our cake and she exceeded my expectations for crazy request. My son was so happy and impressed he didn't want to eat it. We did, and it was delicious, but you get the point. ?

Placed an order online for my child's birthday. When I got there to pick it up it was uncooked. It looked really rough compared to the sample image online, or the display cake in the case. Tried to politely let the manager know the disappointment I had in the cake. They argued that I was wrong, and that they bake everything according to guideline. Well, uncooked cookie dough is not normal for an American cookie co. Manager wanted to "scrape off the cake and do the image again", by it was an unbaked mess. So I declined. Just ugh. ?

The “manager” Katy has the biggest attitude. We ordered our cake 3 weeks in advance and wasn’t ready for pickup when we arrived.

I placed an online order and received dry or old cookies. We didn’t eat them.
