Great American Cookies

Ice cream was really good, but customer service sucks. Not friendly at all or welcoming and you can tell they hate to see you walk in because they have to do their job.

Worked with Asia who helped me order a wonderful cake for Nurses week and she even helped me figure out how to complete the order on Uber Eats for delivery. Great service!!

Went yesterday had the best chocolate chip in years 🔥🔥

The cookie cake I received was wonderful but the employees are terrible. My wife puts in a order and then they try to switch it to chocolate chip when she requested sugar cookie because it's my favorite. Well, she ends up having to call and was asking about why it defaulted to the other and the employees told my wife we are out of sugar cookie dough so we won't be able to make it even though we had been charged already so that didn't make much sense so she was going to cancel the whole order and go to the other location to see if they had the sugar cookie one and when she ordered it online something defaulted back to that same store. So she calls telling them she needs to cancel that one because she was trying to order it at the Pier Park location and a different employee answers and when my wife is explaining what happened, this employee puts her on hold a minute and comes back and asks what time do we need it finished by and there wasn't no rush just that evening sometime and the employee proceeds to tell her that they do have the dough and didn't know why they told us that we didn't have it but just said we just came back to work from Christmas and it's been busy but that we could come pick the cake up after a certain time. We ended up getting it and it was good but I do not understand why in the hell you would lie saying they don't have the dough when they could have just stated were busy and aren't able to do it today and that would have been no problem but to flat out lie to a customer because your busy by claiming to be out of that particular dough is nonsense and I don't get it. Management needs to check and see what's going on with employees lying to customers and not to mention the first order was cancelled because of the lie which tied money up til it is reimbursed and charged again once they made the cake. So needless to say any customer would be mad at someone lying. I would give y stars to the cake because it was great but everything else was terrible besides the last employee who actually did tell us the truth but seemed clueless on what had happened. Do better

Ordered door dash and only received one of the two banana splits that was ordered. Tried to call store and they refused to answer the phone. Door dash only give part of the money back but wasn’t enough to cover the cost of the banana split ! That’s bull…

I love Great American Cookies but the service here is terrible. The girl’s look at you like what you want or what are you doing here. If I could give a 0 I would. Makes no sense at all. When you’re dealing with the public you have to be friendly. I hope they read this post and take learn from this.

Great service, great food, definitely pricey. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the price. The mint ice cream was fantastic especially paired with a suger cookie, and my daughter loved her cotton candy ice cream! Id definitely go back. Just knowing its gonna be pricey for ice cream and cookies.

Purchased a cookie cake online which was very easy and quick...I went in next day to pick up and was welcomed and greeted by a friendly employee...she let me see my cake before I left to make sure I was pleased, which I was. I appreciate the staff being friendly and the cake was AHHHHMAZING...as always! Store was clean and ready for customers.
Would def visit this location again if in the area.

Great customer service! Cookies a little overpriced

I can't tell you enough about how pleased I am with this location. Although Pier Park is a closer store to my home, they don't even come close to this store. I have had two birthday cakes done in the past 2 weeks & have been beyond impressed with the artistic ability of Alex! Alex does phenomenal work & is always super friendly. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with her. I can't brag on her enough! Thanks again for the wonderful customer service & delicious cookie cakes!! ❤️

Always polite and kind staff. Clean store. My favorite stop instead of a pack of cookies from a store instead I buy one slice.
