Great American Cookies

Came there about three weeks ago they had the best chocolate chip I’ve had in years !!!!

I went to pick up a cake I ordered & was extremely disappointed. I refused to buy the cake. They had already messed the cake up & you could see it smeared. The writing was so terrible you couldn't read it!! To top it off it was for a 21st birthday & they wrote: 21th! This location has gone downhill since Ms. Sue sold it.

For some reason, they wouldn't let us use the birthday coupon a few days early even though there was nothing on the email to show that

Ladies at store did not seem to care if we wanted to order anything or not. Felt like we were bothering them.

If you're in Panama city definitely stop

So delicious 😋! I love the sugar cookies over here that I got 2 more after finishing one for later. I was previously disappointed earlier from raw cookies at another establishment nearby but these sugar cookies really made my day better! They were so fresh and warm too, perfectly crispy on the outside with a soft center how a quality cookie should be!

The cookies are always great and priced reasonably for the quality. The store itself is very small, and while the staff weren’t especially friendly, they also weren’t rude—just kind of neutral. Overall, a good place to grab a sweet treat, even if the experience isn’t anything special beyond the cookies.

The employees at this location are so rude and treat you like an inconvenience! They cannot decorate. I just picked up my small cake and she misspelled congrats! The location in Hutchison blvd is by far the best!!

Antoinette and Cedia were so kind and patient with my boys trying to pick out cookies. Thank you for making our day with your kindness! The cookies were soft and delicious too!

Drive to Destin to only learn Crumbl was closed on Sunday searched for Mrs Fields no longer in town .stumbled Across Great American . Tried each flavor white chocolate was certainly the best. Just can't find a good oatmeal raisin in this state.

Love the place and we go in every time we visit but the lady’s with the pink hair might have ruined that for us. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

All of the cookies are always so delicious! Love this place
