Drinks are good, never had an issue before as we were here last year and the drink package was loaded correctly, but this time, after I paid CASH for 5 drinks when we first got here and I go today get my 4th one they inform me that only 3 drinks were loaded. And of course they did not give me a receipt.. I guess IF there is a next time I will be sure to get a receipt!

Me and my daughter ate here almost every day for lunch while staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. The bartender was great! Loved the atmosphere and the food!

Our waitress was very sweet. The food was great. We got the wings, BBQ & Garlic Parmesan and they were so good we came back the next day instead of going out somewhere else. Fries were seasoned and didn't even need ketchup they were so good. Shrimp was great also. Really enjoyed it.

Don't know if it was good or not. Place was practically empty and we were ignored the whole time we were there. Tried to flag down the one bringing food out to another table and was told "just a minute". They never came back, so we just left.

Located inside Majestic Towers Resort. A bar by the resort pool in good location for the pool and ocean. Everything is overpriced and expensive. The adult drinks, you have to buy the souvenir cup $20-$25 but get a refill for cheaper... Still expensive around $11-$16 for a drink. House made specialty drinks are good but cost. If you stay at the resort you can't have your drink or food near the pool.

Drinks are hit or miss, just depends who makes them.

Food was what you’d expect - not bad, not great. The drinks are pretty good.We had the sweetest bartender on Saturday night. She was very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name so that I could continue to brag about her.The bartender at lunch on Sunday, Jessica, was unbelievably rude. I watched her interact with other customers to see if it was just us, but she spoke to everyone so disrespectfully. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years, I could not believe her attitude - or that they allowed her to continue working with customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Resort is great but the H2O bar not so much. The Jessica lady is very very rude and has no manners. She gives people dirty looks and is just overall terrible customer service. She's been that way every day so far. Otherwise great resort
