I ordered a kids meal & waited 45 mins on it from the time I ordered. The food was very plain & bland. The ice cream was freezer burned.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find a good poke bowl place in pcb. I ordered a bowl with teriyaki chicken and it was excellent. They had a great variety of toppings to choose from on the menu and the ingredients tasted very fresh! We will definitely be back.

What could have been a reasonably enjoyable experience with essentially ruined due to incompetence.
My wife was brought the wrong food twice and asked what her order was a second time after getting the wrong food and waiting 15+minutes.
THEN brought another wrong order.
I'm not sure how you order steak and chicken hibachi and get brought a child's chicken. After waiting an unreasonably long time and then reconfirming the order, the steak that was brought was Blue and inedible.
Dinner turned into almost 45 minutes of waiting for a single overpriced order.
I will say that we were offered apologies for the incident, but this appears to just be the PCB norm.

Nice place. Had the build your own poke bowl and sushi. The food was great, the place was clean and the owner was so sweet.

POKE - Worst Ever! Ordered Tuna and Salmon Poke - no idea I was tasting tuna or salmon since it was grounded with so much mixing that it did NOT taste anything like seafood at all. Ate the trimmings just to satisfied the hunger but toss the rest.

“Fried rice” with hibachi dinner was not good at all. Fried calamari was 9 pieces for $9. Not at all like the photo of the calamari. Sushi had mushy tuna in it. Seemed like it may have gone bad.

This is how tiny your salads and calamari appetizer will be here. Also, I ordered the tuna avacado rolls, and the tuna looked and tasted like it had gone bad.
