Long story short…. for many years while on vacation we always stop by hooters… normally we have the best service… we stopped in on 12/27/2025 and got the crappiest service… first it starts with drinks, no water was brought to us upon asking, about 15 minutes after getting drinks our fried pickles show up WITH A HAIR IN THEM!!! Then we placed our order… asked for WELL DONE mushroom burgers… got the burgers and they were fully pink on the inside…. At this point we were disgusted and ready to go…. So we paid for two drinks and fried pickles a total of $28….. then becuase we siding tip due to crap service our waitress walked behind us with a crappy attitude saying “hmmm well I guess it’s my fault their food was messed up” the problem was hair in food, raw burgers, and crap service… then a 40 minute wait for food that was nasty as hell…

We stayed at a hotel right next to Hooters in Panama City Beach. Tried to call in an order.. someone answered, put me on hold, I waited five full minutes, no one ever came back on the line. Hung up tried to call again, let it ring for 3 minutes... no one ever answered. My boyfriend went next door to place the order and while he was there the phone was ringing off the hook with no customers in the whole restaurant and the girl working there just standing there listening to the phone ring. Don't know how the service is while you're dining in but if you try to call in an order it sucks big time. Wondering what they are getting paid for And how much business they lose on the daily.

This is the best Hooters I’ve ever been to. Victoria absolutely crushed it bartending. Alone at the wheel, she gracefully handled multiple dine in guests drinks, deciphered cryptic confusing take out orders, and even managed to placate one or two customers who had one or two too many.

When we arrived in PCB and I saw Hooters I knew we would be stopping in. Most hooters are out of business and we use to love the local hooters. We arrived and the staff were friendly. The food was good and the service was extremely fast. The only downside was the temperature in the business. It was hot but not miserable. I’d probably come back.

I recently visited Hooters and had the pleasure of being served by Rianna. I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding level of service she provided. Despite the restaurant being noticeably understaffed and a longer-than-usual wait time, Rianna remained professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout our visit.
She handled multiple tables with grace and composure, ensuring that every guest — including us — felt seen and taken care of. Our orders were accurate, timely, and delivered with a smile. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed, never once showing signs of stress or frustration.
What stood out to me most was watching her juggle so many tables while still managing to keep a positive attitude, even as some guests were being unnecessarily rude and demanding. It was disappointing to see others be so unkind when it was clear Rianna was doing everything she could — and doing it well.
She truly went above and beyond, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to her. Hooters is lucky to have someone like Rianna on their team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll definitely be asking for her!

My uncle hyped this place up so much but as soon as we walked in we had to wait around 30 minutes. They are understaffed and people around us had to wait around 40 minutes for their food AND they had to send it back cause it was cold. Everyone around us was grumpy and unhappy. The employees were nice and tried to make the best of their situation which is always good, however places that struggle like this one did should just be shut down:(

This visit was the 2nd time this trip we tried to attend. After getting snubbed the first time we decided to go somewhere else. Against our better judgment we went back a few days later. The start of the visit should have been a forewarning about the rest of the night as we were rudely greeted by 1st a waitress who said the "hostess would be by shortly!" When we asked how long for a table of 5(in an almost empty restaurant). The aforementioned hostess showed up looking like she hated her life and people in general and set up immediately. 2 minutes later Tatiana came to our table to take our order. Annoyed that we weren't ready to order all our food yet she took our drink order and came back with a huge adult size glass for our 2 year old. This would be the last time we had refills the entire visit. After ordering we watched 2 tables that arrived after us get their food and multiple drink refills, but no sign of Tatiana. Finally almost a hour later she brings our 2 of 5 of our plates sans silverware (of course), we inquire about the rest of our food and she says she'll be right back. She leaves for the kitchen and instead of coming back with the rest of our food she proceeds to start taking the table next to us's order. After reminding her again she says "in a minute !" And goes back to talking to her other tables. At this point we have to go find a manager ourselves to get the rest of our food. The food itself had clearly been sitting and waiting for a while as it was room temperature at best. Again, by this time all of our cups are empty at the edge of the table and still not refilled... they were not refilled until the manager brought the rest of our parties food. For the first time ever I left zero tip and have no regrets. Stay far far away from this tourist trap.

I rarely leave reviews, but after the horrible experience I had here, I felt compelled to warn others. Our server was an absolute disaster. It took 45 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy! When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the server never bothered to check on us once.
I had to go ask the manager to bring us refills on drinks and even silverware. The server couldn’t have been more disinterested. They took forever to bring our food out, and didn’t even bother bringing everything at once. Instead, we had to wait for items to trickle out one by one. It was clear they were more concerned about taking someone else’s order than providing any actual service.
Honestly, this was a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT EAT HERE! There are plenty of better options around that actually care about their customers.
