Amazing service and meat. We got some dip, elk burgers and ribeyes. The meat was exceptional quality. Worth every penny!

Super great little shop. I just ate the best ribeye I ever had. We only seasoned it with salt and pepper; the steak did the rest. The woman running the place was friendly and knowledgeable. The elk burger was also excellent.

Located in a fairly unlikely shopping center, we are immediately seduced by the long room and and the large bar....obviously as often two huge TV screens overlook the bar where I dined... The map I have explored several times is very original and offers products very rarely offered in this country, let alone Panama City beach: snails, bison and other venison for example. My cooked oysters were excellent and my cooked buffalo as I had requested... Friendly service The only downside: we can't book. I was alone, accessing a table at the bar is easy.

A place to go for a guaranteed unique delicious dinner. The best cuts of meat and easy grab to go meals for the lazy nights. Best butcher shop on the beach!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Amazing!! We started out with the escargot! Chefs kiss! Absolutely delicious. I had the filet cooked to medium. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. My son had the rack of elk and devoured every bite. We then shared the creme brûlée cheesecake. Again, absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!! BIG shout out to David at the bar. Great bartender/waiter with awesome recommendations and wonderful conversation.

The employee was very nice, but the prime brisket was horrible. We bought the entire piece for $115. I’d say half of the 14lbs or so was fat. You can get better brisket from Publix or Sam’s.

Let me start out by saying that the location is great in that I did not have to go well on Panama City beach to get to it as I live in town. It is a small restaurant inside a strip mall. But don't let that kind of thing deter you. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back and the food is nothing short of 4 and 5 star restaurants. I had The Bison ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. My wife had the lamb lollipops and the red snapper savichi. Both of her dishes were exquisite. Her and I shared a buttercream mousse for dessert and it was phenomenal. The prices were on point with the quality of food. My wife and I have found a new favorite spot to go to.

Great experience with Hunt and Gather Butcher Shop and Market. Went in for beef filets…. And even though the prime was sold out - the choice filets were well butchered and very flavorful. Then the proprietor told me that there would be a food and wine tasting on Saturday. So we sauntered by…. It was great! So many lovely wines to try. We ended up buying a case. The charcuterie tray was sublime especially the jalapeño wrapped in bacon with jam. And because my wine was delayed, I went again and got a quartet of gourmet sausages ….. lamb, pigeon, bison, and gator for one dinner and beef enchiladas for another. Don’t miss this gem of a store!

I’ve been shopping at here for awhile now. Melissa is awesome, very helpful and always on point with help and suggestions, not to mention always smiling. I have tried a lot of new things since going in there. Everything is always highest quality and delicious. If you like MEAT and an awesome experience go see em. You won’t be disappointed. Oh and wave at Derek behind the glass , he deserves a pat on the back. Y’all have fun.
