Ok, hunt & Gather is the best restaurant in bay county. Reminds me of restaurants in San Diego. Top notch quality food. Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere. Off the beaten path on the beach. Dishes you can't get anywhere else. Rare game type of plates such as elk and bison. Kimchi baked oysters was amazing for an appetizer. We tried the lamb lollipops, octopus, as well.

We had a great time here. The menu is interesting and not your average vacation town food. We really enjoyed everything we had but really liked the brussel sprouts and the wagyu carpaccio. Our server Paul was also really great as well. We went with all small plates, plus a salad and shared between the three of us. Really great spot!

10/10 top to bottom fantastic. Quite literally the best meal we’ve had since we’ve lived in Florida and one of our favorites EVER. The wine selection is super underrated and has some things I’ve seen no where else (and at a great price). The food was phenomenal. Oysters were fresh and tasty, the Carpaccio was quite literally the best I’ve ever had, the steak tartare is rightfully a local favorite, and the Elk Loin was legitimately next level.
