We had a short wait this morning. They were short staff, but the host seated us as soon as she could. Our waitress took our order, and our food came out kind of fast. Our waitress was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

The service was great! Our waitress was friendly, fast, and food was good. The only thing that made experience not enjoyable is lack of cleanliness. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks, table and boosters seats had crumbs so I was grossed out by that. It was early in the day around 9:45 am. It's very hard to fully enjoy a meal when restaurant is dirty. It looks like a newer location so surprised by how nasty the floor was smh

I received hard cold grits and cold bacon. Manager offered my money back and free replacement. I was scared to get the grits again so I got the pancakes and bacon. When I received the bacon and pancakes both items were burnt . If the manager didn’t want to keep her end of the bargain, she should have never offered. I would have been satisfied with just getting my money back, but she offered the free food. I got bacon and pancakes several times before and never was it burnt. My coworkers and manager been told me that’s a no go when we pick lunch together . I will listen for now on. Never again

Personally do not like to write reviews but this is an experience any family with three small children shouldn’t have., the restaurant wasn’t busy at all host looked out the window and seen our family walking in then disappeared we waited nearly 15 minutes to be ignored completely we chose to load back up and head to Waffle House definitely better service on the beach elsewhere don’t waste your time

Waitress could care less, nothing was right, grits were cold and watery, eggs were under cooked so I ordered scrambled, well they were scorched, the ham was actually the only eatable thing on the plate, the hashbrowns were hard as a brick, they did take mine off the bill but there was so much more, 30 minutes before she got drink order another 30 minutes before it was brought out, the coffee was cold, didn't bother to bring a coffee container to the table either, we got there around 10:45, it was almost 1:00 before we got out of there!!! Worst IHOP I have ever been to in my life Panama City Beach

I understand they were short-staffed. But this was the worst Food experience I can remember other than being food poisoned. I ordered the New York style cheesecake pancakes and received two soggy old pancakes. It was horrendous. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries coming with the meal. And got nothing. My daughter's food was weird and cold. I did not get a single water refill. I did not even get a straw for my to-go water. I gave a $50 bill obviously expecting change from this horrible experience, and she almost wasn't going to give me any. I tried to call to speak with a manager and there was not one! I literally don't know what to do my 5-year-old child even was blown away. She said Daddy what is all this stuff. And, to top it all off we waited for a table she and i, from 10 minutes after 10:00 until 11:15. I literally have no words to describe the shock of this event
