Jersey Mike's Subs

Older gentleman with the short gray hair was incredibly rude. Treated me as if I was stupid when I asked if I could customize my own sandwich or if I had to choose a menu item. When I asked for cucumber, he just dropped the ordering pad and went back to cooking bacon. My friend and I were left standing there for a few minutes before a nice young lady picked up the pad and took our order. Sandwiches were decent overall, a bit disappointed at the very small portion of meat, but fresh otherwise. Probably wont be back due to rude service and limited topping options.

This location doesn’t accept any promo codes on the app. Every deal I’ve tried to use says “offer invalid for this location” a jersey mikes coupon should be for ANY jersey mikes.

Giant big kahuna was all bread. Had a hard time finding the meat. Pretty pathetic considering the price. Big ass sub and hungry after. No meat lots of bread

I have to begin saying that the store manager of this particular Jersey Mikes, (Jeremy) he is a very professional, respectful person! My daughter’s DoorDash delivery person messed up her order. We tried getting back with the person to report the issue, delivery guy said that he couldn’t come back to retrieved the original order. I do want to point out that Jersey Mikes was NOT at fault.

After going back and forth with DoorDash, I went to pick up my daughter’a order personally and delivered it to her job. Jeremy at Jersey’s was patient and was awesome, he listened to my complaint and fixed it in literally seconds. They are also well kept and very clean!! I love Jersey Mikes for a reason!! ?
