UPDATE- I don't like negative Reviews and perhaps was a bit too critical here... Upon thinking about this, perhaps this place specializes in Sushi and other types of Asian Cuisine? This might explain the difference in Flavor from my regular spot? They may use different Spices? Anyhow, I'm not much of a Sushi eater, so I can't speak to that... The place was full of people and the Decor was Nice and the Staff were as well.My regular place was Closed, so we gave this a try... The flavor was different... Not sure why... Even the Wanton Soup was different tasting... Perhaps I'm just too used to my regular place ?

Timing is everything I guess. Arrived at 4:30. Placed order and the restaurant filled up. We became the forgotten customers.one waitress mixing drinks at the bar and taking orders.i did see tables after are arrival getting refills.Food: first time with luke warm Chinese. Probably a result of the above.mongolian beef had very little spice and beef was cut into small strips.the GF really liked her sesame chicken. Quantity and price were great. Very clean and nice interior. Waited over 10 minutes for the bill and then had to ask for it.With more staff probably a better experience.

The family and I absolutely love the quality, quantity, and reasonable price of each item. The food is steaming hot and delicious! The atmosphere and service is pleasant, but not exceptional. The lunch specials are great and our favorite meals.
This is the most amazing gem in Panama City Beach. This place is truly the best in every way. The food is outstanding. The atmosphere is upscale. The service is always above and beyond. I try to dine here at least once a week. The prices are great and the quality is far superior to most anything around. Lorrie and Ericka are the most incredible servers. Come check it out. You won't regret it. There is truly something here for everyone. The mochi is a must have.

Ordered and received cold old food that had egg shell in it and tasted like dish water. Contacted them about a refund and never received it. Attached a picture of the shard of eggshell in our food.

Driving thru, we kept seeing Jin Jin signs for a buffet. On a Tuesday late afternoon, we arrived at Jin Jin Fusion, thinking it was the Jin Jin buffet that post advertised on the billboards. Next to Jin Jin Fusion is Jin Jin 88, which was closed on Tuesdays (I think). This really confused us and our server, who was awesome - told us that there are multiple Jin Jin’s in the area and non of them have the same ownership. Ummm, okay. But, we are looking for AYCE!!! Our server was like, you found the best sushi AYCE!We are very familiar with AYCE ordering. I really would rather have ordering style vs buffet. To me, it is cleaner and fresher. Anyway, our server was very proficient in the art of AYCE ordering, giving suggestions and hints how to enjoy AYCE. When taking our roll orders, she did give feedback as she said she wanted us to enjoy every roll and NOT have to pay for something left on our plate.When the first rolls came out, VERY VERY impressive! Large cuts of uber fresh fish. Excellent presentation and our server was on it, making sure we were doing well, refilling drinks, chit chatting! Overall an excellent experience, I would give it 10 stars if I could.
