Very slow service. After repeating order to cashier several times, receipt did not match what we ordered. Still waiting. Still trying to get the order correct in their system. Other customers are coming back in to get items missing from their orders. Hope the food is at least warm when we finally get it.

Retractable review. Fix the drive thru window......2 months !!!@@@ Chicken was excellent...After visiting several times I can see they have improved 100 percent. HOPEFULLY they will keep up the good service. Let customer know that it takes time to cook a large bucket or what ever the matter is.

The worst experience ever, we had 7 people with 3 orders dining inside. We stood in line for over 20 mins waiting to order. Waited over 30 mins for food, one of our orders never came out, we watched several other people come and leave with their food, we were told the food was coming in 3 mins. Another 10 mins went by and we watched them give our food to another customer who came back in with a screwed up order. So when we politely asked for our money back the girl working wanted to get an attitude.

WHEN I SAY THE WORST PLACE I MEAN THE WORST! The comments are right this place is HORRIBLE. The staff is lazy, clueless, no people skills, and VERY unprofessional. It's not hard to do a simple job, but the staff on duty Tuesday around 8:30pm should be FIRED. It's like they went the extra mile to make the experience horrible. Go through the drive through and they said a 12 minute wait on a chicken sandwich, but when we went in and received our food the strips I ordered were dry, hard, old and cold. The 12 minute chicken sandwich was old, dry, and semi warm. The potatoe wedges were hard, cold, and old. No one was able to enjoy their meal. Will be contacting Corp first thing in the morning.

Food was decent even though they forgot the biscuits. Staff was nice. Exterior still looks good after being redone last year but inside looks like a Spring Break Tornado went through it. Wallpaper/ paint all coming off the walls, shelving looking like it is ready to collapse. But like I said, people were nice, helpful, and food was good even without the biscuits

Very poor customer service. Attempted to go through the drive thru twice and no one came to take my order. Then I had to go inside and wait at least 45 minutes before I actually got my food. I was told to wait just a few minutes but the lady literally just took her sweet time to come take my order. Y'all seriously need to step you customer service game up. Because that was just ridiculous

Went there today to get chicken to take to the beach. The employees were yelling at each other the whole restaurant heard. Did not have enough chicken prepared for lunch!! The ice machine was empty took us a good 20-25 minutes to get our order. The owner really needs to do something with his employees!! One was a manager. Totally unexceptionable for employees to act the way they did. Will never go back!! And we are locals.

I just had a call from here for a job! (Not knowing it was a crappy place) She asked did I fill out an application? I said "yes" .." But I was wanting a management position" she says "well I can start u as a leader for 90 days probation first" I agreed then she proceeded to tell me that "that's where people FU*k up(she then says excuse my french) they think they can just come in here and become a manager...I HUNG UP!!!!!! Omg Ive never had a manager call for an interview and be so unprofessional! What a disgrace! Really don't see how you are the manager....KFC you need to do better! I gladly say NO to the offer! I wont work somewhere so unprofessional and inappropriate!

They need to get mangers in that will come in no matter what. Dean was the Only one running the place. He stayed pleasant,held his cool and tried not to get flustered. Kudos to you Dear great job. But close the raise the pay or something to get staff to work. Or KFC NEEDS TO GO TO SCHOOL ON BUSINESS .

This place is TERRIBLE. Not even from this area me and my boyfriend came to visit and this is our first night here and it was late so we wanted to stop by and get something quick to eat. We were both iffy about it but we were both starving so we decided to go inside. There was a big family of maybe 15 waiting for food and we were the second people in line so we ordered our food and we waited for about 30 minutes when the cashier Justin had told us they already had the chicken ready. So I decided to go see what was taking so long so when I went back up they said the family of 15 has been waiting for an hour and a half to almost two hours for their food.. he should of told us that before we waited for so long. No one knew what they were doing and all looked so confused. Just about every customer was complaining about their order taking forever or it was wrong. My boyfriend decided to go ask for a refund and then all of a sudden our food was bagged how convenient. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow for a refund also our food was wrong when we got home. We are on vacation and this wasn't a good choice to choose on our first night.
