Retractable review. Fix the drive thru window......2 months !!!@@@ Chicken was excellent...After visiting several times I can see they have improved 100 percent. HOPEFULLY they will keep up the good service. Let customer know that it takes time to cook a large bucket or what ever the matter is.
Food was decent even though they forgot the biscuits. Staff was nice. Exterior still looks good after being redone last year but inside looks like a Spring Break Tornado went through it. Wallpaper/ paint all coming off the walls, shelving looking like it is ready to collapse. But like I said, people were nice, helpful, and food was good even without the biscuits
I tried to find another KFC, but they were the only one within MILES. I should've flagged something when their drive thru was closed, but I pressed on. They were severely short staffed. I think there were THREE people working the entire restaurant. It was a really busy weekend being the tail end of spring break, but with them being so understaffed, it took 20 minutes to get our food. Then they forgot my second pot pie. What a travesty.
