Wonderful store filled with sugar perfection! The smell leaves the store and draws you in as you stroll down the sidewalk.
The ice cream is the most popular and most delicious thing to eat
Just wanted to share that I stopped by your store and bought some caramel popcorn and pecan pralines and they were so delicious that I just had to go back. I went back at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday September 18th 2025 and there was the rudest lady in there light brown-headed lady. I bought $37 and some change worth of caramel popcorn and candies. The lady looked at me and said wow!! I explained to her that I had spent $40 and all I had was a 50. I got a wow over having to give back $9 and some change. I could have seen it if it would have been $100 bill or a 50 being only a $5 item but not when I spend almost $40 on some popcorn and candies and get a wow!! Not only did I leave but a lady behind me left also. I will never be back
Staff was kind. Ice cream was delicious!
My Hot Fudge Sundae was delicious.
No waiting during the day. The servers were great.
The waffle cones are nice. There is inside and outside seating.
Ice cremas were good! The employees very rude, especially the Asian girl!
Love the toasted coconut ice cream.Normally what i get when visiting this shop
Enjoyed the sundae. Great waffle cones and fudge. My son enjoyed a candy apple. Friendly service and great sweets.
There’s something about Kilwins at the beach that just hits different. You step inside, see the sweet treats lined up in the glass cases, smell the sugar in the air, and suddenly you’re a kid again. I went for the s’mores flavor — rich chocolate, gooey marshmallow, crunchy graham — and it was a vibe, like summer wrapped in a cone.
Walking out with that cone in hand, ocean breeze in the air, it felt like the perfect way to end the day. Ice cream at the beach doesn’t get much better than that.
Great ice cream with tons of options. Highly recommend getting a bowl and not a cone though. Ice cream melts fast at the beach

So start off by saying employees were great and this is nothing related to them at all!! This place is a tourist scam, please go support local. I paid $15 for a milkshake that was incredibly small, now again the employee told me beforehand how much it would be and the oz size of the cup but me not paying attention i didn’t realize how small it was. But anyways got the milkshake after paying $25 for it and a two scoop ice cream. The milkshake was terrible, I mean the worst iv ever had. Super small, tasted like melted hot chocolate that sat, i didn’t even wanna finish it but it was $15 so you bet I was going to. I say drive elsewhere and get something else, candy apples are also $8 a piece which is crazyyyy
We went there for a milkshake and the lady couldn’t understand at all, just threw her hands up and said no English when we tried to explain what we wanted 🤷🏽♂️
So good we went twice.
Ice creams were good. Was busy! Waited in line that had a QR code for the flavors, found out the code did not show the favors available that day. Had many flavors to choose from.
Fast and attentive service, friendly staff - their caramel apples are delicious!
