King Kong Milktea & Smoothie (Panama)

Well I should’ve read the reviews first. I didn’t like the customer service , I mean the lack of it. Clearly they don’t care about reviews, so many people said they don’t even greet or smile and a person still stands there and looks at you when you enter. But I was so excited to try the tea, I ordered passion fruit butterfly fruit tea with aloe Vera jelly. I didn’t like the taste either. Taste like sweat. I’ll never be back.

So good! The young lady making our order was super sweet and helpful when we told her it was our first visit, and we had a few questions.

I was excited to see a boba tea spot in Panama City Beach, but unfortunately, my experiences here have been underwhelming. I've visited twice, and both times left me disappointed.

On my first visit, I ordered a pina colada smoothie, which tasted far from fresh. It was overly sugary, with an artificial flavor that made it hard to finish. On my second visit, I tried the boba tea with a friend, and the tapioca pearls were extremely overcooked. The milk teas we ordered weren’t appetizing either.

What made both visits worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere. The employee at the counter made us feel like we were an inconvenience. There was no warm welcome—just frustration when we took a moment to decide what to order. And the menu says “cold or hot” tea.. but apparently that wasn’t an option and we could only order cold tea.

I really wanted to love this place, but the overall experience from the service to the drinks just didn’t live up to expectations. I hope they can make improvements because a great boba spot in PCB would be amazing.

I come here all the time, but every time a guy attends us my tiger milk tea boba is not good. Today wasn’t the exemption, my husband told him they didn’t taste good, you couldnt even drink the tea with how bad it taste. The milk tasted expired. The guy looked at my husband like there was nothing for him to do, all he said was what do you want me to do? I can add more brown sugar. Just rude. There’s a young lady that works there, she’s very sweet and my tiger milk tea boba ALWAYS taste delicious when she makes it, will only be going when she’s there.

Place is cute and clean! I got the strawberry milktea with strawberry boba, matcha with black boba, and 3 mangonadas smoothies paid $45.43 for 5 drinks they were good. The employees aren’t rude but they aren’t friendly either.

Delicious! We are always nervous about trying new Boba places, but this place is great! We visited the beach and found this hidden gem. Smoothies had chunks of fruit! We ordered Boba too, and everything was great! We will definitely be back.

My first time trying Vietnamese coffee and coming to this cafe was 3 days ago… I’ve been here 4 times already ??? the Caramel Macchiato iced Vietnamese coffee (#124 on menu) is the best coffee I’ve ever had ! And the cafe is really cute and the service was great. 10/10

We got 3 drink 2 smoothie and 1 milk tea it was a waste of money and the girl who was on counter we ask her what drink is good she goes idk and the mango smoothie was like I was drinking water with mango syrup I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My drink was done for 20 min on the counter when he couldn’t work the lid machine he let all of my drink mix float to top and let my drink water down and then after he finally finished my drink he said here.

Some of the best tasting matcha milk tea I’ve ever had. Sadly, they were out of regular boba, but they were very apologetic and I just got grass jelly instead.
