Such sweet and thoughtful service! We got the signature milk tea, matcha, and taro. All were yummy but the signature was everyone's favorite. The boba was slightly chewier than what we're used to, but yummy flavor! Would recommend for service alone.

Walked in and noticeably smelled like rotten milk. My husband and I had a bad experience previously due to the dissatisfaction of our boba teas. But, we came in today and gave it a second chance. Ordered a Taro & Matcha boba milk tea. Barista handed us a grey, brown looking drink that DID NOT even look like purple Taro ? Again, gave the benefit of the doubt and it tasted horrible. Both drinks have horrible milk aftertaste. I did not want to be Karen and even requested for the barista to make another Matcha boba milk tea in replacement of the Taro. Was indicating for a refund, but still paid $8 for another drink. Totaling to $24-$25, don’t even try their bubble tea if you’re craving it!!!

Very cute set up! Diverse menu with many options: fruit tea, milk tea, tiger tea, smoothies, food, and a variety of boba options. Plenty of indoor seating, no outdoor seating. Played K-pop on a tv inside.The staff were worked fast and made sure to ask questions about desired sweetness and ice levels. But they were somewhat curt.Both my friend and I got Tiger tea. 25% sweetness for me: it had a strange aftertaste that I haven’t noticed on any other boba I’ve gotten elsewhere. Her 50% sweetness was headache-inducing-ly sweet. Also, you can only get a large and that makes the average price higher than other boba places.

Do not recommend. My family and I have been there twice each time wasn’t great but this last time was terrible. There was a dead bug on the counter where you order . The employees are extremely rude the two men don’t answer questions or speak. The drinks taste awful like sand and boba was over

This is possibly one of the WORST experiences my husband and I had. We entered the store at about 4:35 pm. There was one group waiting on drinks sitt8nf. Rhere were 2 young men in the store who did not greet us and made the most awful drinks. We left at 5:07 with our horrible tasting drinks. Had we known they tasted this horrible before we had gotten so far from the store we would have gone back. .I had a Caramel Frappuccino and my husband had a Coconut smoothie. The coffee drink tasted like I was drinking bitter medicine and the coconut drink was worse. Icy.The young man making the drinks looked inexperienced and the quality of the ingredients was lacking. I visited because my husband and I like visiting Boba tea shops but we will not be back. No thanks. Not even a thank you for visiting. Please retrain the staff.they need it. Save your money everyone.

My daughter was eager to try this place since we don't have a good boba shop in our hometown. She got a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls. Best one she's had! Great flavor! Customer service was good. Reasonable priced considering the product.

Employees are not very friendly. Wasn't greeted when we came in, while we were giving our order the girl seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. My daughter wanted the monster waffle and was told that they don't have the icecream to do it. There was no signage up stating they were out. If you are out of something the least you could do is state it up front or cross them off your menu.
