Counter service, not a fan anyways but to top it off the line was out the door and not moving whatsoever. Left after 15 minutes of waiting in the non moving line and realizing even once we ordered there would be nowhere for us to sit with our food.

We had a nice meal here. It's very casual, more bar like than we expected. Several tables were very wobbly and we had to move twice to find a sturdy one. This is a good spot, probably wasn't exactly what we were looking for is all. Pizza had a lot of flip, burgers were excellent, French dip was really good as well.

Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for only 4 other groups, with giant fans NOT plugged in to cool the line. Only one cashier. Giant signs say "2 for 1 special on drinks", so I grab two of the seemingly only sodas available in the cooler by the door. Only alcoholic beverages are 2 for 1, and it turns out they have fountain drinks (wasn't on the menu ANYWHERE). So, at this point, I'm at 2 stars, BUT the shrimp tacos I ordered were very delicious and NOT fried (which pleasantly surprised me), so they brought me up to 3 stars. The dining area was nice and had lots of entertainment. Overall, it seems like staff is underpaid and poorly managed, in what would be an otherwise great spot. I probably wouldn't go again this year, but if I ever come back, I'll check the reviews and give them another shot if they seem to have improved.

This was our first and last time trying this place. When the food arrived two of the four orders were wrong. They did fix our orders. Once the Grouper tacos arrived we almost left just at the sight of them. They were not edible, just a nasty tasting mess. Kids pizza was soggy on the crust and dripping with grease.

The inside is pretty cool looking and has plenty of TVS. The staff is very friendly and they have a full bar. No draft beer but plenty of bottled options. I would recommend it.

The night before that, I visited the bar and i like the service there was no security at the door and I decided to visit again. My surprise he didn't let me in.?okay

We were greeted by a friendly person to take our order and our money. We ordered a shrimp basket with onion rings and a grouper basket with fries. The prices were reasonable. We assumed that the shrimp would be normal shrimp (the menu did not specify) not tiny little popcorn shrimp, which were overcooked with very little shrimp taste. I like most coleslaw but it was inedible because of an odd smell. The onion rings looked tasty but were so greasy that when you bit into them the grease just ran out into your mouth. The grouper was average at best. The fries were good, thick cut, and well seasoned. Longboards advertises two for one drinks. We had a margarita and another cocktail. The drinks were a nice size and delicious. $13 for the two drinks. A decent price for a resort town.No one ever came around to ask if the food was ok or if we wanted another drink. Also, we ordered a glass of water with our meal, as well as the cocktails and never received the water. I would rate the service as friendly, but subpar. Needless to say we will not be going back to Longboards. We were looking forward to a nice meal and two for one drinks, but walked away. Very disappointed.

Fake advertising for the Louis Vuitton bag giveaway (to be expected but was still disappointing). We turn up at 9.30pm to be told there is a private event so we can't go in until 10. We hang around, eventually get in, place is a total mess because there was an 'under age' party with 'no alcohol.' We are wearing pink to enter 'the competition' as mentioned on the flyer. We asked so many staff members about how to enter, they all claimed to not know who to ask about it. Eventually find the manager who tells us to write our information down. My partner got told he couldn't enter because he was a male?! (He was wearing pink too)! Maybe he'd still like to enter it for me?! We then get told the winner will be announced at 1am...so we hang around far too long for it only for a girl not wearing pink at all to 'win.' She didn't seem surprised at all and it seemed staged. Basically don't advertise a competition that is not real! We are new locals, live close by and well, we won't be back.

Really enjoyed our meals from Longboards tonight. Had a quick drink at their bar after ordering our food for take out! Nice staff and had our food in no time at all! Our group ordered Grouper sandwiches, Grouper fingers and a Hawaiian burger. Our sides were onion rings & okra. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!
