After a grueling Friday night shift, all I wanted was to relax with a comforting meal. Excited, I placed a to-go order for Parmesan crusted chicken with Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes at 10:30 PM, eagerly anticipating a delicious dinner to cap off my hard day. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. When I finally got home an hour later and opened my meal, I discovered my chicken was not just overcooked, but outright burnt. It was a disheartening experience, especially after looking forward to what I thought would be a quality meal from Longhorn. I am so disappointed and disgusted that I feel compelled to contact corporate about this fiasco. I believe some form of compensation, like a gift card, would be appropriate for such a dismal experience.

Longhorns Steakhouse what a disappointment I ordered the chop steak medium with Mac and cheese. The Manager Beth delivered my entee four bites into my appetizer and the Mac n cheese was burnt and chop steak was well done. Manager brought the second chop steak and it to was well done. Made us pay full price for it so just took it home. Beth never came by to apologize but walked past our table at least 5 times. Highly disappointed. Texas Road house is ten times better!!!!!!

Very good steak. It’s big like Texas and the steak is pretty good. The Longhorn was my recommendation and loaded baked potato loaded my appetite. Eat Big or go home.. is that the saying? Proportions are big and if you are vegan you will not survive. Also there was a Cybertruck parked right outside the steakhouse. No MK4 Supra though☹️

To be honest, if I would have used the ladies room before I ordered..... We wouldn't have stayed. This wasn't quite dinner hour on a Saturday. Really unkept. So dirty. Awful.
Just an awful experience. The waitstaff were as accommodating as possible. But the managers are lacking in customer service and support for their own people. Just astounding the ineptitude of those managers.

Susan was our waitress.. she was very sweet and made us feel very comfortable she was on top of everything. The food was Amazing!! The cook had our food out before we could even finish our salads! We will definitely be back. On a scale 1-10 hands down they get 11!!
