They were all kind, just didn't seem like they were in a rush. Forgot my daughter's bacon, the food was pretty expensive for how mediocre it was. If you're gonna try here just go to waffle house, it'll be better.

the food is okay but definitely not worth those prices. you’d be better off going to the waffle house down the road.

Stayed from Jun 19-23rd and it was the worst vacation! I'm a single mom of two and wish someone was honest on these reviews before I booked. I did post a review through vrbo in regards to tower 1 room 1014 but the host somehow changed the review and gave themselves 5 stars. Do NOT stay here if you can help it!!! You hear sirens all night every night like their in your room!!! Motorcycles, loud cars, all night!!! Pillows are flat as pancakes. The bed is like sleeping on a rock slab. Btw this room is right by the elevators. The beach chair workers price gauge the guests, when I informed the real joy hosts, they stated that it's normal in the summer time. The bar near pool only has one bartender and they close at 7pm every night. Food is horrible. Smoking is allowed on balconies (security stated that it's allowed, was unaware until ashes were falling on my kids from above) then Marijuana smoking began above us and I had enough. My kids and I were miserable with no sleep. I saved all year for this poor misleading experience. Save your money and go anywhere else but the majestic especially room 1014!!!
We rented #315 Tower 1 via AirBNB. We would stay there again. Good owner & great price on this unit. Fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed, private balcony with BEAUTIFUL views. Lots of pools; theater shows movies twice a week; lovely beach (but pricey umbrella/lounger rentals so we brought our own) convenience store, and bar with limited food selections). You can arrange beach bonfires, which seemed fun. 3rd floor allows easy load ins/outs—walkway from parking to towers is on 3rd level so you avoid waiting on elevators (big plusses) but our particular unit was near the elevator so it was noisy after 6 AM. Pineapple Willy’s is within walking distance. WalMart is close. Complex is somewhat dated but it’s fine for the price.
I will start with the pros: Clean rooms, great location and views, gorgeous beach, staff is mostly friendly Cons: The fire alarm went off and you could not hear in rooms only stairways! Serious safety hazard! Pools are freezing, they shut the pool down if it is even cloudy and say there is lightening in the area (within 10 miles!) which nobody saw and they close for a minimum of 1 hour, you are not allowed to have food at pool area, you are not allowed to have drinks by pool, kids are not allowed to have balls in the pool, bar and restaurant at pool is insanely expensive…$9 for chips and salsa and $25+ for drinks, can’t swim until you are checked in and can’t swim after checked out because you have to wear wrist bands so don’t arrive early from flight or plan on swimming before flight, bath towels are the size of hand towels, nobody is ever at desk, security constantly patrols the pool looking for wrist bands and drinks but the day there were kids throwing food off balconies it took them 20 minutes to come after my husband informed them, hot tub is disgusting and water isn’t even high enough to get in skimmer. I am assuming there are so many rules due to spring breakers but quite annoying for a family with young kids!
Nice place, very clean. Only complaint is if there is a cloud in the sky security shuts the pools down and says there is lightning in the area. They have closed the pools and hot tubs down 3 days in a row now and I have not seen a bolt of lightning the whole time we have been here. Other than that, perfection!
Very Nice here! safe and convenient access to the beautiful beach here. we rented a 2 bed 2 bath condo here it was great. the ocean front view was amazing. it was quiet there and clean we plan to return for another visit.
We stayed in tower #1 unit 1004, condo was nice and roomy but laminate floors were warped & several planks were missing, living room furniture was old and worn, loose cushions would not stay on, pull out mattress was like sleeping directly on the springs, one dining chair was ripped and had a huge spring hanging off of it, balcony was nice and big but pigeon droppings were all over old outdoor furniture, balcony floor was filthy, nice resort but plan on doing a lot of walking, parking is across the street, pool water was freezing, only heated pool was the one inside pool, nice beach access and sand is like powder, the view from the condo is amazing! We rented from Southern Vacations they were very easy to deal with, no check in , parking passes are in condo upon arrival, anyone over 12 has to wear a wristband and security is constantly checking to make sure you are supposed to be there, key code for door makes it convenient, property itself sits right on the Main Street and is very noisy, we would stay further west next time at another property that sits further back off the road, overall our stay was nice, weather was perfect!
This is a nice little market with Starbucks coffee, a good selection of breakfast food, and even a few options for drinks. My bacon and eggs were fine but I am told the croissant breakfast sandwiches were very good.
Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of options for gluten free but as usual you can find something - in my case eggs on hash browns.

Neat place. We reserved a room through the rental company that is on site at the towers. We were matched up with Tower 1 UNit 810 It was completly remodeled and a great value. Awesome view on the beach and a awesome unit with owners who paid great attention to detail with every part of their condo. The towers itself could have used a hotter hot tub. Was cold. All in All great Family Trip.
We were looking for an ocean front high-rise so we could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean, and this fit the bill. Perfect beach, very clean, easy access with walk-over. Resort featured 2 pools outside and one indoor pool which was heated and fine in November. There was even a nice theater on site. The units are privately owned, and many are updated, spacious. We had a 3 bR, 3 bath, and it was worth the rental cost, for sure.
First off we stayed in tower 1 on the 8th floor in a VRBO room so our room had an owner who kept it immaculate. So I can’t say what the other rooms are like. So I will only speak to the building itself. Getting your bags from your car on level 3 of the parking garage works fairly well. You check out a luggage cart and roll it all to your room. Security handles the cart check out and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Coming from the parking garage is not a bad walk it’s a long winding hallway but is flat and carpeted. Tower 1 had four elevators total. Two on the right side and two when you cross the bridge from the parking garage. The elevators are pretty fast and clean. Indoor pool was heated and clean with showers and restroom near by. The outdoor pools are nice looking but were pretty cold in October. They don’t get much sun at all. There were two hot tubs which usually had several people and kids since the pools were cold. The pool deck was also clean. Beach access was good with nice decking and showers and a hose for sand removal. The beach in front of the building was well taken care of and seemed perfect. Some guys were catching small sharks one night we were there. Also saw a sea turtle. Location I thought was great. I’m not an expert on PCB but we walked to Pink Pelican ice cream and Los Rancheros. We could have also walked to Sunrise bakery for breakfast or the all American cafe. Walmart is not very far away. It wasn’t very crowded but maybe that’s just October. Overall I found this building to be very nice and clean. I would definitely stay in it again.
The resort. is large and very busy which involves a lot of walking no matter where you go. Be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. Parking is awful The amenities weren’t all they were cracked up to be. The pools were ice cold because the resort was designed so that they get minimal sunlight. The one heated pool is super small in a small very loud room. The movie theater offered older movies twice the entire week at 2 pm so not necessarily an option for a rainy day. The gym looked nice from the hallway, requires a fee and key card to use. The gym and theater are also above the parking deck, not in the towers. There are two towers but they are not connected. If it is rainy and you need to go from one tower to the other you have to go outside and across the way getting wet and then back into the other tower? Seems like the resort wasn’t designed very well. The descriptions sound much better than what it actually is. At least the elevators are very fast. More of a large hotel than a “resort” not our style I guess.
