You have to give a tip and cannot designate an amount or bypass. No one there speaks or understands English and appear disgusted to be working there. They can't make change and tried to make me pay 15.00 for a 20 Oz drink. After saying 4 times I gave you a 20. she finally gave me my correct change. I will never go back there again. it's a rip off and then they try to steel from you and act like they don't understand!
