Extremely overpriced for what you get. We got 3 items for $50. The milkshakes were pretty small but looked nice at least. Flavor was okay. Also got an ice cream cone with gummy worms. As soon as the worker handed the cone to my son, a majority of the gummy worms fell off onto the floor. Then, after my son had eaten about 1/4 of the ice cream, the cone completely shattered and it all fell onto the floor.

Also, the place was so dirty. Every single table was sticky and covered in ice cream or candies. There were no napkins at all (all 3 of the napkin dispensers were completely empty) and not a single trash can in there. You had to take all your trash outside to find a trash can.

my girlfriend was drinking her milkshake and the milkshakes at this place have chocolate candies on kabob skewers. a piece was just floating in the milk shake and my girlfriend ended up inhaling it and the small skewer piece got stuck sideways in her throat. we ended up getting it out but now her throats bleeding and it’s very sore. they gave a full refund but i would still be cautious of this place…

You may want to check with your employees concerning their customer service skills. My family was in there today and the African-American gentleman with the thick braids in his hair could not have given us a poor customer service experience then the one he gave us we nearly turned around and walked out and changed our order to only one thing because of how Rude he was.

So bad. Employees were not helpful. The items we ordered based on the images on the board weren't even close, plus, they gave my wife the wrong flavor. My earned money is too valuable to me to waste it on this joint. You get to make your own decision, but Buyer Beware!

Although the prices are a bit high compared to other ice cream shops, if you want to have a new experience, you should dare. I had a good night sharing a delicious ice cream. The workers were very kind and patient with our orders. I hope to return.

Ice creams melted before getting to the cashier and pay, the floor was a huge mess, I slipped and fell thank got I didn’t get injured! Otherwise I would’ve sue them, 0 cleanliness, 0 service, 0 for the food as well! They didn’t even bother themselves to put a wet sign out until after the incident

Family & I went to visit after staying near the beach for our vacations and it was okay.
I got the summer lavender shake it was very interesting and different in a good way, but I just thought it was a little too sweet, I'm sure the kids will love it.
The place was packed and a little dirty inside, but I blame the customers not the workers. Service was quick and everyone was very polite.

these workers weren’t very nice to us, not personable, and my sons ice cream, my ice cream, and my husbands ice cream were all melted within 1 minute of us getting it. i don’t recommend coming here. sure it’s quick to order and get it, but for the quality of the ice cream and lack of customer service, it’s just not worth the money or time.
