It’s hard for me to leave a review of place that’s less than stellar. But, I’ve made an exception for this place. It’s pricey and of mediocre quality. I don’t recommend this place. Several better options nearby.

We were always excited to try this place. Finally got to and it is extremely disappointing. Nobody here speaks any English and they don't list any prices on the menu. We spent $17 on a very tiny milkshake that did not look anything like the picture. We tried explaining that this was not what we ordered and couldn't resolve the issue so ended up keeping it. We don't like cereal to begin with and ended up with a sloppy cup of ice cream with a bunch of chemical based cereals on it. Ultimately disappointing!

#TouristTrap I honestly expected better from this place. you're better off going to kilwins for consistency. The line was out the door but service was fast. However, the people behind the counter barely spoke English. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone and they managed to mess that up. Someone new was being taught how to do things and put my scoop in a cup and threw a waffle cone on top?? Like that wasn't the point but ok. $17 for two single scoops is ridiculous but it's a touristy place. They also didn't have any napkins or spoons handy which is uncalled for in a messy ice cream store. They function a lot like coldstone. The ice cream wasn't bad but I have no reason to go back. Would rather spend money at kilwins or coldstone!!

Way...WAY too expensive! $8.39 for ONE scoop and some small chocolate chips. Plus, the caramel ice cream didn't have any taste. Avoid.

Overpriced tourist trap. We ordered waffle cone, 1 scoop in cup and one cookies and cream milkshake for $35.00. Although everything tasted fine, just a Lil pricey. Should know if you order the milkshake in the reg cup you get NO topping on top, has to be in plastic jar...

Horrible customer service and the staff tried to kill me. My family and I went in there and my mother was helped first and after she was helped nobody else tried to help us. We had to ask to be helped. I also asked for a caramel sundae with no nuts (because I’m allergic) and she still put nuts on my sundae. Never coming back!
02/23/24 5:00pm. I will never come to this store again. And I will not advise my friends. When we came in a good mood to enjoy ice cream, there was no one in the store, there were three female employees, the smallest one with black hair came up to us, a girl with a dissatisfied face, as if we were forcing her to make us ice cream, and after we chose the ice cream we said what we wanted, she did not listen to us to the end, she left to make ice cream when I told her that we needed more, she muttered in a rude tone, then another girl came up, more smiling, but most likely she had recently worked, as she was not sure of her actions and accepted the last order. The faces of the employees, especially the one who served for the first time, were such as if they were forcibly held in slavery, forcing them to work, that even my 5th child was surprised: "why is this aunt so evil, something bad happened to her?!" after we made an order, and our desire to eat ice cream disappeared, I went to pay, and when paying with a card, you can not refuse to pay tips, 15/20/25%. Do I have to pay for a negative service?! But this is half the trouble, but to all this, the components that are in colored ice cream leave much to be desired, one continuous chemistry with an incomprehensible rejecting taste, and therefore they did not finish. Terrible service, terrible staff, not counting that new one, apparently. Terrible ice cream.

We had to see what the hype was all about. Mixed reviews for sure. Now onto what he had for $13.88. A mocha milkshake & two cookies 1 double chocolate & 1 white macadamia. The milkshake wasn't worth it. never again. Our return going north we'll stop a Cookout & experience a real milkshake.
