Was excited to eat this pizza. Got my order and it was horrible. Cold nasty pizza no flavor. Will never order from this place again. Should have ordered papa John’s.

Pizza wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and even though it said it was ready on the tracker it wasn't. Overall the pizza was good but very greasy.

Honestly, this store is mid at best.

Just watched the girl at the counter ignore customers lining up at her register for over five minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment. She just stood there and stared at them. It was almost impressive.

Finally a door dash driver came in and she immediately assisted them while the other customers stood there shocked.

Needless to say, make sure they give you the sauce cups you order and genuinely expect the customer service to be lacking.

No thin crust hot drinks and no sweet tea. And no personality and customer service was 0 . Dirty tables . First and last trip

Only been here twice and even though they tell you 20-25 minutes it’s a good hour to get your order if you are lucky.

Best pizza!!! we got a magnifico with Italian sausage and pepperoni. We also got a pepperoni pizza. This was our first time trying a Marco’s pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was nice. The pizza was the best ever. It was perfect.

Very poor quality service I came in with my kids hungry I waited standing there for almost an hour I witnessed them give away our pizza ! when we asked the lady upfront, She stated that there was no order placed under our name? How do you work there and not know that we placed an order over 45 minutes ago? I also witness them giving customers that recently went inside get their pizza orders within 15 minutes, maybe it was the color of our skin, raciest . My kids witness poor service and got to see grown adults eat before them!!!Won’t recommend if you have kids don’t come here they will not care.!!!
